Really good tools but need to keep improving
What do you like best about the product?
I love templates save a lot of time but i think the way templates are received in mail boxes must be review, its no good if the templates go automatically to spam
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres a need to measure in a more easier way the results of templates, filter better the contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The principal benefit its to know when a contact open an email, and what they do, click, etc

must be easier to use and measure results, the creation of reports

What do you like best about the product?
The templates feature is fabulous! It allows a user to be more productive as you can build the template and forget about it. you can also use the "Replace Fields" feature to personalize your message more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the software is a bit heavy on the machine, it starts to slow down if you are sending a significant number of messages. If the developers can lighten it up a little or have it free up memory periodically it would be excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branding, exposure to products, and connectivity with personalized emails.

Great tool even when you are starting for free

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive. It doesn't give you so much options and functionality that you feel like your shopping in Wal-Mart with 9000 options and don't know where to begin.
I enjoy the display as well. It's easy to read and follow.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functional klunkiness to a couple of pieces - Sequencing I find quite difficult to use and the toggling betwneen deals/companies/contacts gets a little messy.
Most important - the notes section of eahc contact/deal is very small and the formatting in it is complicated. Good notes need nice aesthetics with bold/underline/font zie easily available. Hard to do that in the note section

Deal nurturing is excellent

Template save so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
Working in an education environment we try to reach as many potential students as we can. I would love to be able to write out individual emails however, that's just not feasible all the time. The templates save me a world of time and headache by allowing me to send out information easily and sufficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new CRM can be finicky. We've had situations of leads showing up under other lead's contact information. Phone calls being recorded on someone else's page.

Contacting students in a timely manner.

Hub spot is a great tool to be able to help you manage your lead list and the individual tasks you have for each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better ways to group leads in folders that could stay there until you remove them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot overall has helped me to stay on top of things so leads and customers don't fall through the cracks. Being able to see the engagement from your emails has been something that's very beneficial too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to easily navigate between high priority, and low priority contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function on Hubspot is a disaster. It often takes me a few tries to find the correct configuration of an email, or a phone number to get it to pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to track communication with THOUSANDS of potential customers. It also allows me to track the activity of my reps, which is nice to see.
Great CRM - ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM allows me to stay on target with my daily tasks. It's easy to look at my day, see what needs to be done, and work my way through it. Not only that, it allows me to keep detailed records of every interaction with prospects and clients - that are easily accessible at any moment. I'm also able to view every member of my team and see how far we are from goals on the main sales page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way of viewing the complete history of a client in one view, instead of scrolling. Also, manually attaching a specific contact, company, or deal to notes or tasks can cause some confusion when looking at the history or a deal - as some information may be missing in a specific view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a detailed history of all interactions so anyone within our company knows the relationship with a specific client or organization. It allows organization and quick access at moments notice. It's also helping me to be more productive throughout the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out for yourself for ease of use and functionality. I particularly like the tasks feature and tracking through the marketing end. It's great to see who has visited your website and work on turning that lead into a prospect. Also, keeping deals sorted throughout the pipeline is very easy to do and view. You know where they are and what needs to happen to keep moving forward.
Hubspot - crucial to my work life
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is all around the most easy to learn CRM that I have used, the fact that you can link it to your gmail I find super important. Email templates as well I find are great to have so you aren't wasting time typing out the same email over and over again. I like the fact that you can add your own filters into the contacts to be able to create very custom lists. Hubspots support is also very good, they back to you very quick and give you the best answers they can to help you with your problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much in Hubspot that I don't like, other than the occasional bug or loading issues. But I understand that can happen. I'm not the biggest fan of when you have a trial left on your screen but if you're not the one using said trial you cannot "x" out the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have some problems with the meeting link, it isn't showing the right times or it's auto loading up information, but I have realized by using hubspot I have saved hours and hours of my time to be able to be more efficient in my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you make the most out of hubspot, use all the tools they have, make it as custom as you can. You will really be able to see how much time you can save while doing your job.

I really like the recommendations given to better the message being delivered. I don't always use them, but it gives you great tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using a template to send to new leads we don't always have the name. This being the case the name is "unknown" in the account. The template will then generate the name as unknown in the email, and in the heat of the day, I don't always catch that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in getting a message out to a bunch of contacts. I have been able to streamline my email and outbound call efforts by utilizing templates, tasks, etc.
