Effective prospecting solution that keeps you on pace to meet and exceed goals
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily and quickly document all communications and have a clearly defined set of task to accomplish each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deal forecasting charts and entering tasks can be time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to canvas defined prospect groups with effective email templates and cadence strategies
HubSpot is good just sometimes overwhelming because there are a lot of features.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the queues and being able to categorize my tasks that way. I really enjoy that because then I can set power hours to accomplish my tasks in a timely manner. This one may be dumb but I really like the color schemes and overall layout of HubSpot. I really like the dashboard feature and being able to see the numbers and results of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
the new search bar is confusing and hard to navigate at times. It changed right after I go here so I was getting used to the old way and then it changed. I do wish it was easier to see if you have duplicates and an overall improvement to merging contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I really haven't seen too many problems except for the ones that I mentioned above. It is super helpful since I am in sales. I think it is a really great platform for what I have to do for work. It helps make my job easier and the results show because of the good features HubSpot has to offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend HubSpot to other people. I have used similar programs at other jobs I have worked at and they just weren't as easy or as good.

Very easy to drag and drop leads between deal stages and helpful notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Dragging and dropping doesn't always save, leading to having to redo some progress and changes. Fields can sometimes be hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot doesn't always refresh after making changes to deal stages and sequences. It can lead to redoing some work.
It definitely helps staying organized and mapping out outreach to contacts.

Make some offline notes prior to making any changes in deal stages. Doesn't always save!

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility is essential and HubSpot offers so many options to help track data. I especially like the tasks and the option to schedule follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides that I have found so far in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is key as well as tracking details for each of our sales deals. I like having everything I need in one place at my fingertips. It's very much a one stop shop.

This is an intuative program that is an asset for data in a business. It's today's database.

Tracking emails is a great asset. Hubspot is an easy to use CRM that is very straight forward. It helps keep contacts organized and also stay on task with the ability to create future tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a lag when typing. This seems to happen most when hubspot is being used heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me stay organized with the many contacts that I encounter.

Templates are a great time saver, tracking and analytics help us stay on top of what is working.

the system can be slow at times, hesitates, has to be reset

massive amount of leads are created for our company, this allows us to reach out to each one and streamline the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tools on HubSpot are the funnels and ability to create your own properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can get lost and disorganized very quickly in my opinion. I wish that it was easier to click through tasks and could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to get users on our platform, HubSpot lets us track everything. It is a very useful tool for keeping records together.

Just make it easier to scroll between contacts and tasks.
How hubspot saves me time
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. I utilize the template and sequence feature quite often throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently became EDP compliant using Hubspot tools. Hubspot currently lacks the capability to add EDP permissions for multiple people or a list of contacts at the same time. I often have to enroll a group of people who attended a webinar or a conference in to a sequence and it takes way too much time than it should. It would save me a substantial amount of time if this was possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client of ours love the scheduling tool. Working with nonprofits, it's often difficult to find a time where both myself and the client are available.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Intuitive layout on the Hubspot site. Like the plugin for Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts sometimes load slowly. Templates load slowly. (could also be an issue with our connection). Wish notes about a company could be noted easily among individual contacts within that company i.e. one person says their company doesn't want to be contacted. that note should be easily applied to all people associated to that company.

Makes automating sales emails easy.

Their training program is too vide heavy. Wish it had manuals.
