Its fine
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are good, I like being able to follow up with my contacts in a sequence in a good cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls and tabs crashing / messy data. I often have about 10 tabs open which will cause my chrome to crash about twice a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to keep a good cadence with my prospects due to tasks, allowing me to create more deals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its pretty good but I haven't used anything else like salesforce so im not sure how good
Hubspot makes my prospecting duties simple and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the Email templates often, I love the Token feature as well really makes hitting all my prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot directly dial out of the CRM that would make everything easier by having all of my tasks under one CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach a lot more people because I am automating so much of my job with Hubspot
HubSpot does continue to bring out cool improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI has improved greatly over the years and the ability to clear out tasks quickly; the search feature has been an amazing improvement over years past. The ability to bulk edit deal and contact properties has always been a great benefit as we work with multiple contacts at organizations everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with a our payment processor, Recurly, which makes it hard to accomplish some of the things we'd like to. The logging feature for activities still takes some getting used to. Some of the search by filter options could improve. Sequences and templates, while improved, also could use some refining. Editing while being in a sequence was a major plus for me personally.
The reporting for the templates are also something I don't like. Not enough flexibility or ease-of-use when it comes to grabbing open rates, etc. and picking/choosing those templates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are primarily tied to being to organize the relationships we have with customers and track their growth and history. The problems we're trying to solve center around account management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn it because it certainly brings a lot of benefits to the table for those trying to grow from a startup to a larger organization.
The only other piece of advice I have is that the support is quite reliable and while sometimes there are issues that make you want to rip out your hair, the support team is very good at getting a response back over to you.

Overall very pleased with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The quick search of created templates makes sending forms and emails fast and smooth. Being able to integrate with Google calendar as well as automatically creating the new contacts profile once they schedule an interview really saves me time and the headache of cross referencing with indeed and other job boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot gave us the ability to block people from scheduling multiple meetings, we get people who just schedule and never intend on attending which takes up valuable time and we have no way of stopping them from doing it over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has solved many problems for us but the tracking of every contact and deal created is the most important one. The biggest benefit is the amount of time saved in being able to communicate with everyone seamlessly and know when others in the office communicate with them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used multiple CRM over the years and HubSpot is one of the better ones.
Hubspot is super helpful for organizing RFE's and completing sales work efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot because it allows me to track the progress of my sales. I can see all potential clients laid out right in front of me, and the easy-to-use "buckets" allow me to organize my work. I just like how simple it is, and I learned the ins and outs of Hubspot in under a week with the company I work for now because Hubspot is very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot doesn't sync when I move some clients over to another bucket down the pipeline, and I have had some issues when it mixes up emails and notes and transfers one client's notes over to another client's contact page. Also, sometimes it just doesn't show your email chains or notes with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot to keep myself organized with my potential customers, and it helps me stay very connected with these potential customers. My communication game has definitely improved, and after setting up the "live chat" feature with our company, the communication between me and my clients has improved drastically.

Take your time to learn the system, but learn the basics first! It's super easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps track of everything you do, especially for my role (calling, email, meetings). These are important metrics for me to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports are hard to access. Let's say I have qualified 10 Leads this week and when I access the report it's difficult to open them all up in separate tabs (you have to go back each time). It should be easier to access, and better displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track my metrics- how many people I am emailing, calling and having meetings with. How many Medium deals I have closed. It's very helpful to keep track and also to showcase to my team members where I am at as well (because I work from home).

What do you like best about the product?
Overall Hubspot is intuitive and user-friendly. One of my favorite features is the email templates that I can customize and send to a lot of people easily. Hubspot has significantly helped to streamline my workflow. I would say that Hubspot as helped to increase my overall efficiency at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built in Hubspot dialer is not convenient. We have to pay for a 3rd party plugin. This is honestly the only complaint I can think of. If Hubspot were to implement a dialer built in that included features like click-to-dial, local area code matching, and voicemail drop, Hubspot would then truly be an all-in-one solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping leads organized, knowing my outreach plan, and having a simple way to email prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. I came from an organization where we strictly used Salesforce classic. It got the job done but I didn't love it. In my opinion, Salesforce lightning is not user-friendly. Hubspot has a lot of functionality from a Sales & Marketing standpoint and it is truly easy to navigate.

I like that Hubspot can integrate with my inbox and track emails I send. I also like that I can go into hubspot and have a full view of a particular contact

I dont like that Hubspot does not track email replies to an email that I sent out as tracked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of sending personalized emails to folks but in a quicker way (with templates). The benefits are endless for that--also I really like the scheduling tool where people can click a link into my calendar and book time to speak with me

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are very well organized and I like the email flow reminders as well as the sales receipts. Organization of all of the deals and being able to monitor deals that I own is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how often calls are dropped or how often they fail to connect at all. Also having to reset filters whenever I leave the companies page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to generate my own leads as well as being able to follow up with warmer leads after leaving notes on previous calls!

What do you like best about the product?
The site works the way it should, could be better if it worked and responded quicker to commands. Sometimes when looking at emails it tends to slow down, what i would LOVE to see in the application is when we've made calls or not as a follow up, maybe like a small icon that indicates when a call when is made to keep track how many times we've spoken to the client instead of writing it in the notes.

Sometimes it loads slow and things don't automatically organize themselves. When entering in a company sometimes it doesn't all connect into one company. Another thing is the notifications, wish we could manually turn some off notifications with certain clients, some clients will open it way too many times and causes alot of notifications on my phone, wish this could be reduced by manually overriding it.

Not much problems, the program works really well, the deal organization makes it easy to keep track of what's been sold and paid. I love using it with my crew incase someone is not in the office it's a great way of keeping track,

Learning it is easy, i wish it would work a little quicker, but that could also be the mac i'm on.
