Effective tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hub spot make managing leads very straight forward and easy to manage follow up. The auto 3 day reminder task as well as the automatic sequence settings really do streamline b2b sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its glitchy. but so am i. hashtag we have an espresso machine. Some of the imported info doubles up and or flip flops names. this could be from source info in some cases but it can get a but sloppy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management when it comes to follow up with leads. it has vastly improved our efficiency when it comes to tracking metrics, sales, and people that have hear enough from us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just do it man. it has proven to be a very user friendly upgrade. if you need a management tool to keep on top of where your a game, this would be it.

Perfect Product for a Growing Team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to set up, thoughtful features. I have tried many CRMs in the past and this software packs a punch - yes it has the freemium model but honestly, when you get into Starter and Pro it pays for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is the jump in price and that is, of course, shows buttons and features that would be nice to use but then makes you upgrade and pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy to track progress, giving great reports to keep tabs on my team's performance while managing our leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version to start and install the App and Chrome Extensions. Pretty quickly you will see the power of it after trying it for even a few weeks. Once you upgrade to a paid option I know it'll be a great move.

Only As Good As What You Put Into It

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integration between the forms and the contacts. All of the data collected from forms on my website is fed into the creation of new contacts. This saves me a lot of time. I used to enter things manually into my former RM. There is still some hand-entered data, but that has gone down since using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty arises when using this with a team. Every team member decides which fields are important to their specific job function. Some only need a name and email. Others need their job title and state included. This means that each team member is wanting to build different forms to capture different data. Although there is some overlap at times. I am tasked with keeping everyone on the same page and working with the data we have. This is not necessarily Hubspot CRM's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer information storage and tagging. Being able to sort using the tags enables me to present the most relevant data to the most engaged customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The tech support is really helpful and the integration is easy to use and handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of things to learn so you might need a training session. But after that, it's smooth sailing from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see what the prospect is doing at all times. We can see if they've checked the email, the times they have booked, etc. It's really good for marketing

Know what you want out of the system before integrating and getting it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and is tailored to your specifications. I like how automation is a separate tab and not under marketing. There are many great features to explore for your team and social network.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is duplication of same entries when importing. Wish there was a way when importing that you don't need to take the extra step to ensure merging of data with matching email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be using it for internal use, as well as, engage with stakeholders for further engagement. We will be able to communicate with our leadership team and assign tasks when needed. Also, utilize it for email campaigns and keeping our audience engaged more in an organized manner
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get a hold of it's structure and organization, it is a great tool for communicating both internally and externally with stakeholders, such as clients, program attendees, team members, donors, and potential participants.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of user for HubSpot CRM. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It is comprehensive and makes it easy to link and distinguish contacts, customers and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not automatically associate corresponding deals / contacts / companies. It could be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped increase accountability and maintain follow-ups and follow through. It has provided our team with visibility and increased our awareness as a department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe this is a fantastic tool that can help many businesses. It is user-friendly and has several integrations with existing software. It also has a variety of tools which are great for sales and marketing departments.

An efficient, hassle-free CRM and (dare I say?) fun CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's saves you so much time on administrative tasks and it so easy to use. HubSpot Sales makes it easy to store contact data automatically, and does a really good job at keeping manual contact data entry is kept to a minimum. The email plugin, which gives you the option to store and track emails natively from your inbox is a great time saver too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice to have a few more customisation options for deals and contacts. This is something that would be especially useful for when you have recurring reviews, such as yearly subscriptions for your clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one is around integration. We use HubSpot's marketing tools for most of our marketing campaigns and using a CRM that exists in the same system (ie. HubSpot) means that we don't have to spend time troubleshooting data discrepancies and syncing issues.

I really like the meeting booker calendar feature as it makes it so easy for prospects to follow up with you. Also, the reporting features are really useful for measuring prospecting activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to keep your data up to date and clean, then make it as easy as possible for your sales team to maintain the accuracy of data by finding a balance between what data can be automated (using HubSpot's workflow) and what you would like sales agents to enter.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use! when bringing on new users/employees the training process is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
filtering tool, difficult to edit, making changes to filters require admin access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping up with scheduled follow up with prospects! No need to be concerned with a follow up being overlooked.

Consider HubSpot for your CRM needs. Once you experience the ease of use you will be convinced.

What do you like best about the product?
The part where my whole sales informatics is available on a single platform makes it a great too, the ability to see if the Email has been opened or not allows me to understand if my message has reached the recipient
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in customizations is one issue that is limits our use to hubspot CRM to the best of its ability

Email Marketing is much better with hubspot, HubSpot also helps us keep track of all the developments that is happening in with our sales process

Make use of the academy and get the best out of the platform, its has a lot to offer and it will definitely make your job a lot easier, integration is so and the visibility and transparency in between tour team would improve a lot more and it is easy for the management to keep track with the developments in the Marketing and sales aspect of things this helps them to take the needed decisions and calls need to enhance the team when ever required. The Email marketing campaign can really take off with the help of hubSpot if the guidelines are followed correctly. Make use of the academy to get the best out of HubSpot
