What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot is the user friendliness and having everyone in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features which should be editable are not such as call outcome options. This would improve experience if they were editable like many other parts of HubSpot to suit the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast calling of prospects, tracking activity, logging new deals and analytics.

Make it more editable.

The CRM is so easy to use. I got quickly into it and now I couldn't work without it.

I'd like the system to be able to automatically match doubles without needing me to check them.

Every option is helpful, maybe you can try adding an option to make a contact inactive, if the customer is not interested

its so easy to use and so efficient I really like the sequences and automation save me so much time to reach our customers and potential customers also the plug in with Sales Navigator

I would just like to be able to send bulk email to more than one person. I like it all , I cant fault the system at all really

contacting people , managing the data effectively, sending sequenced emails save me so much time

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I enjoyed the most about Hubspot CRM was the customer service/support that was included in our plan. Each representative was super helpful and able to help me figure out exactly what I needed to do. I also loved the user-friendly platform, the features were placed in the right place and easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
What myself and the company disliked the most was the pricing for the sales platforms and the marketing platform. We stuck with the sales plan but we realized that to get the most out of the service, you needed to buy the marketing plan as well. The sales plan is cheaper and the marketing plan is so much more.

The advertising agency that I work for acquired Hubspot for a few months, so it is a new platform that the entire company is getting familiar with. Since then, things have been running smoothly and has helped us

Perhaps I would have liked it with an automated email sending tool, where you can upload your own CSV and your emails are sent.

The topic of tasks as a form of reminders is one of the best features of Hubspot. Additionally, it includes Deals, which makes it very easy to keep track of your contacts.

There is potential to make it have more functionality. Also not a huge fan on the lifecycle stages. It could be customized more. (ex: Recycle stage)

Data gathering and note taking. It's a single source platform where the whole company can sync on specific customers or leads.

HubSpot is and trending CRM application and it comes with special features let us manage our business of sales and marketing. It’s a simple and customization tool and let us make changes in our product regularly and let us find customer easily for deals. It integration perfectly with social media applications and let us present our business in front of world. HubSpot CRM is specially design for marketing and sales business and it work as automation option for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM works effectively for our sales business but also has some little drawbacks which must be improved for better performance. One of them is it take much time and lots of clicks while I set up this tool for work and fields and reports are not properly organized in this tool. Small bugs occur during work so it need more frequent updates for work more reliably for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a leading CRM tool for managing sales business and our team like this tool because of its reliable features. This tools let us create a strong relation with customer and we can easily track customer via email. HubSpot CRM mostly used for Lead management, contact management, and for sales automation. As a sales manager I found this CRM tool perfect for our business and for our work, little bit pricey but no problem it’s a good option for small and large businesses.
Simple, Intuitive Database For Customer Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allowed us the functionality of a fully fledged database without any of the upfront steep financial commitment. As we are a smaller nonprofit, this was essential for us finally getting a database that would suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process and importing our contacts was initially difficult and confusing to successfully do. Thankfully Hubspot has numerous training modules to assist with this process, though it still took a few attempts to successful import our contacts effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows our company, which has many remote users, to work with customers from around the country and effectively keep notes on our ongoing communications with customers. This has bolstered our sales and strengthened our efforts in communicating accurately with our whole customer base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are wanting to try out a database/CRM without custom creating one, which can be pricey, I’d recommend Hubspot entirely to try out.
