Awesome experience for an easier job in marketing and sales
What do you like best about the product?
Automatization in everyday task is the best thing you can find in this service while you can have eyes in the whole sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are only available on enterprise plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it is our complete base of intelligence, data and relationship with every lead we receive. It is our war room when attending leads and control the sales team activities.
Friendly Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly work with non tech savvy people, and I honestly believe HubSpot is the best option for them, since you can define the rules and adapt as you go, you can replicate the system they already use. The interface is nice to use, and the tutorial are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, only the price, is hard to get everyone on board with an user

Following the deals easier than in paper or Google spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
The personalization of the views and roles for every sales rep, and the easy use and fast learning of the Hub and the tools. The time of implementation becomes really fast and has a lot of flexibility to connect with another apps that can complement the whole sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tha some of the features doesn't work at all for other countries but the US. I'm from Mexico
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the sales reps to be more efficient and automatize the ordinary tasks of the day and give them more time to use with the real things that matters to their clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean, intuitive interface and seamless integration with Marketing Hub make it easy to track every stage of the sales process in one place. I especially value the automation tools for follow-ups and the visibility it provides into pipeline health.

Certain customizations are limited compared to other CRMs, making it tricky to adapt workflows exactly to unique business needs.

HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us centralize all sales activity—emails, calls, deals, and tasks—into one place, which eliminates the need to manage multiple disconnected tools. It solves the problem of lost visibility in the sales process by providing clear pipeline tracking, automation for follow-ups, and reliable reporting.

The reality is that it is an extraordinary platform to work on and take your sales team to the next level. The level of reviewing the funnel is quite intuitive.

The connectivity problem with APIs to integrate other voice or call systems.

Track the commercial process and improve my conversion rate and see where I have gaps

It is really hard to find things I dislike. It'd be nice to have something just before the professional tier though.

The ability to track the productivity of the entire sales team along with analyzing and improving email sequencing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales helps keep my life in order while running a record speed. If I didn’t use it every day to track all of my deals I wouldn’t see the success I’m seeing now.

I wish it was a little more built out in the app
