Organization is KEY

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very disorganized, however, Hubspot allows me to stay on top of my outreach so that I'm not missing out on any opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to get comfortable with HubSpot (previously used Salesforce). There isn't much I would say I dislike about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has received Frost & Sullivan 2019 Global Growth Excellence Leadership Award for Marketing Automation. Staying ahead of the game is crucial in our space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the training Hubspot provides. It will make your life SO much easier...

HubSpot makes communicating with my advisees simple

What do you like best about the product?
As an academic advisor, HubSpot allows me to communicate easily with my advisees. I am able to connect with them in a variety of ways. The tasks feature helps me make sure I am helping these students with their degree journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really at this point. Any issues I have had relate to multiple deals or contacts for the same person which is due to information they have given and not a HubSpot issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps make sure I can give students the attention they need. All the information in one place keeps me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubspot is that it organizes so many different parts of our marketing & sales functions. I'm always excited to learn that we can move away from another platform and have the same functionality directly within HubSpot itself
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that HubSpot is lacking some functionalities that make us have to use Salesforce as well. The integration between them works, for the most part, but their are challenges with syncing sometimes that result in many duplicate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a way to track all in-bound & outbound leads & have a way to segment them to know where to spend money in marketing & other outreach

Templates Change the Game

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows so many avenues for continued optimization that allow the user to truly maximize their productivity. I honestly have a difficult time imagining where we'd be without it, considering what a high volume of work it allows us to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to add large volumes of contacts to work sequences as quickly as I'd like, but then again I might just not have realized a better way that's already in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing clutter is a big one. The ability to live and die by tasks is great, since in theory, you can look to only focus on item that have a task associated with them. It refines the focus and declutters brain space when it comes to determining work that needs to be accomplished

HUB Spot Finally aCRM that Gets It!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the connection. The HUB (as I call it) connects activity. It recognizes and email goes with this connection and with this company and because a partner to me to save time instead of a taskmaster! (I got an Owner for that!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had t workaround is the calling feature. When I call from The HUB on my browser I have not found how I can transfer a call or have an associate join. I'm sure there is a way or they are working on it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is time! How do I make contact and follow up on Inbound, Outbound and true Prospecting Outbound activities? The HUB allows me to quickly have customizable emails that I can send. I can connect to Networking sites and reach many more quality people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can not go wrong. Stop looking you found it.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a great tool that has given my team the ability to have transparency on where certain projects are at in their completion. It is especially helpful when tasks can be triggered and assigned once other tasks are completed, as it ensures a streamline process for all members involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of HubSpot that my team struggles with is it's integration with Gmail. It seems to be improving everyday, but there are some important features such as forwarding emails, and searching emails that makes going back to search for a message tough. Furthermore, it seems as though emails are mostly logged under the address that they were sent to, but it would be most helpful for them to be tracked under the deal they were sent from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot, my team struggled with being able to see where projects were at, and if they were being held up they did not know the reason. With HubSpot, particularly the task feature, there is a great benefit in all teams having access to deals that are being carried out, and based on the completion of tasks and their location on the deal board, it makes it simple to understand where they are in their process.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are good, I like being able to follow up with my contacts in a sequence in a good cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls and tabs crashing / messy data. I often have about 10 tabs open which will cause my chrome to crash about twice a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to keep a good cadence with my prospects due to tasks, allowing me to create more deals

Its pretty good but I haven't used anything else like salesforce so im not sure how good

What do you like best about the product?
The UI has improved greatly over the years and the ability to clear out tasks quickly; the search feature has been an amazing improvement over years past. The ability to bulk edit deal and contact properties has always been a great benefit as we work with multiple contacts at organizations everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with a our payment processor, Recurly, which makes it hard to accomplish some of the things we'd like to. The logging feature for activities still takes some getting used to. Some of the search by filter options could improve. Sequences and templates, while improved, also could use some refining. Editing while being in a sequence was a major plus for me personally.

The reporting for the templates are also something I don't like. Not enough flexibility or ease-of-use when it comes to grabbing open rates, etc. and picking/choosing those templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are primarily tied to being to organize the relationships we have with customers and track their growth and history. The problems we're trying to solve center around account management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn it because it certainly brings a lot of benefits to the table for those trying to grow from a startup to a larger organization.

The only other piece of advice I have is that the support is quite reliable and while sometimes there are issues that make you want to rip out your hair, the support team is very good at getting a response back over to you.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick search of created templates makes sending forms and emails fast and smooth. Being able to integrate with Google calendar as well as automatically creating the new contacts profile once they schedule an interview really saves me time and the headache of cross referencing with indeed and other job boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot gave us the ability to block people from scheduling multiple meetings, we get people who just schedule and never intend on attending which takes up valuable time and we have no way of stopping them from doing it over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has solved many problems for us but the tracking of every contact and deal created is the most important one. The biggest benefit is the amount of time saved in being able to communicate with everyone seamlessly and know when others in the office communicate with them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used multiple CRM over the years and HubSpot is one of the better ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot because it allows me to track the progress of my sales. I can see all potential clients laid out right in front of me, and the easy-to-use "buckets" allow me to organize my work. I just like how simple it is, and I learned the ins and outs of Hubspot in under a week with the company I work for now because Hubspot is very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot doesn't sync when I move some clients over to another bucket down the pipeline, and I have had some issues when it mixes up emails and notes and transfers one client's notes over to another client's contact page. Also, sometimes it just doesn't show your email chains or notes with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot to keep myself organized with my potential customers, and it helps me stay very connected with these potential customers. My communication game has definitely improved, and after setting up the "live chat" feature with our company, the communication between me and my clients has improved drastically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to learn the system, but learn the basics first! It's super easy!
