A best platform to manage leads

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very useful we can easily manage our customer leads in it. Send automated email replies to them. Do follow-ups with very easily, in short, it enhances the user experience. Very easy to collect leads which can be potential customers all we need to do is design a pop-up form which contains various fields according to our requirement that can we integrated into the web application or website very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using its free version which is very limited features and the paid versions are little costlier for me. It sometimes cuts calls to customers when we accidentally close the mobile number tab in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, I find very difficult to collects leads which can be my potential customers and managing those leads but with Hubspot CRM it becomes very easy. Now I have integrated a pop-up form into the website which is very easy to configure we can choose the design, pop-up time just need to add a little script into header or footer of the website after this we are all set.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good platform to manage leads and grow one's business. Provide various features like email marketing, campaign/lead management, easy to integrate. Easy to generate reports of sales to analysis and customer behaviour accordingly we can plan our future sales pitch so more leads can be converted into customers. It has mobile application also we can manage all the activities from the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot that is a real suite, a complete software, I don't need anyone else to meet all my marketing and sales goals.

Many people prefer to assemble this suite between various programs, and they may save a little money but when you don't want to waste time among many tools, having compatibility problems or anything that delays you the best is a single super program integrated that does everything. HubSpot makes it and that's why I like it so much.

Beyond speaking well of each outstanding feature of hubspot I prefer to highlight how geared the system and how excellently functional it is. I prefer to pay only once even if it is a higher payment but I have everything in one without problems and well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately despite being a whole suite it still lacks maturation in the most advanced part. It does not meet the most demanding tasks, those that only large companies require, so normally they prefer to opt for a more advanced alternative or develop their own system adapted to their needs. Wanting to meet all the needs and being so multifunctional may have allowed them to span more field, but the problem is that it leaves them powerless to increase the depth of their functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that HubSpot has solved in our company is the compatibility between marketing programs. Before we used to use many tools to achieve all our sales and marketing goals, even though we achieved it, we often had countless compatibility issues between these programs, or they showed results and recommendations different and in some opposite cases. Now with HubSpot we forget about that as it is a single system that does it all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to forget to use 10 different platforms to achieve your goal and prefer to implement a single multinational system to do it all in one place, but you don't have the money to send it to develop then you should opt for HubSpot. It may not be as advanced as a custom-designed platform but it's much more than those programs separately. It is an intermediate option that fits the vast majority of needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality and the refinement for the product is out of the ordinary and sets a benchmark for competition
What do you dislike about the product?
The email integration is slightly tricky especially when the conversation feature is used. It is bit confusing until it is understood fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for capturing leads and interacting with them through email until they convert.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has great customer services. The most advantage that this software provide us that we can easily manage our websites, sales, emails and social media in a more convenient way. The another reason that this software provide is that it can automatically manage our sales process. I really like that how you can use this software because it completely manage our sales and marketing problems. It has the superb features such as email templating, document upload, customer download and tracking. We can better track the customer emails and calls through this efficient software. Moreover HubSpot CRM can easily create email templates and easily create sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic sales subscription including to the reports are not very great. Hence we have to pay extra for the configurable reporting. The disadvantage of this software is that we cannot easily understand how meetings are tracked. The other disadvantage is that we cannot sent many emails at a time. Only one email can be sent at a time. But to conclude that it can enabled us to get at all the information I need that’s why it’s limited reporting features cannot reduce its ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through this efficient software I can easily manage my sales and marketing problems. This software are also enabled that I can easily get the information with the help of this software. Now can easily create emails templates and emails sequences in a easier way. I can easily track the customer emails and calls. Hence HubSpot CRM always provide the great speeding customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
-The simple user experience
-Ability to adjust and connect sources easily
-Ability to create reports easily
-Easy to use API with examples
What do you dislike about the product?
-Unable to customize the UX, especially if you only use parts of the tool (I.e. No marketing, companies, products)
-Unable to build custom objects to better store data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Automating the assignment of inbound lead sources
-Visibility and measurement of our pipeline
-Activity tracking and measurement
-Sales and lead reporting.

Scope out your requirements, especially in custom objects before you go down the implementation path.

An ideal way to manage your leads

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the reports, dahsboard, tasks, tickets. Finally don't need to email with the team on some things -> can just tag them on Hubspot.
Collaboration capabilities are useful too - you can check what your collaegues are doing when it comes to common company leads that you're trying to close as a team.
Also - I can compare my productivity with that of my peers, which offers me an overview of how much time we are actyally using for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of features when it comes to meetings and calendar sync. Hope it's in the works.
Regarding tasks: I'd like to have priority/ urgency levels on them, to be able to prioritize easier.
Other than that all things are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have an overview of my leads. The forecasting capabilities. And also collaborating with my colleagues on some leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To go for it, especially if they have a lot of leads and a general lack of control over their leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful, as everthing is stored at one place, availabe to everyone who has acess
What do you dislike about the product?
It finds it hard to keep up with frequent software changes When I began starting HubSpot Partner in 2011, the software was simple and straightforward. However, they have included all kinds of capabilities from social media tools, customer relation management (CRM) to CMS platform software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to get reports concerning the ROI of inbound marketing strategies. It monitors all my marketing campaigns and how each aspect of marketing is doing.
The reporting platform can be filtered and will be shown in an easy to read format

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot CRM organizing all of our contacts with potential sales and allows us to keep a steady workflow and funnel potential buyers through our sales funnel.

It is a great free and easy to use tool to keep track of those you have been in contact with, what your status is with them, what tasks you should continue to do them, as well as seeing the success in closing a deal with someone.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does an admirable job of being an all-in-one solution for our marketing and sales needs. As a small team, it's great to have our sales activity so closely connected to our marketing system. We're also trial-based, so the line between marketing and sales gets a bit blurred. HubSpot handles CRM, Marketing Automation, Email, Social Media, and Analytics acceptably well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in HubSpot is particularly wonderful. The downside of an all-in-one system is none of it is going to be exceptional, and that's definitely the case with HubSpot. Features range from pretty darn good to pretty frustrating to use. Their email editor is probably their biggest flaw—it's an absolute pain to create good-looking emails in HubSpot, especially compared to Mailchimp, which is what we used to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a trial-based product, so we create a new sales deal for every new trialer. We continue to market to them, though, so it's great to have those people tracked in one place, receiving both marketing and sales communication.

Helpful Product with Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM helped our organisation for the first time get the contact details for all of our stakeholders into a single environment. Since then this list has grown significantly, so managing all of these contacts and the communications we have with them across the organisation has been a real boon.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still quite a number of features that need improving. Of note for us has been the ability to lock down data relating to contacts to specific people. There is the ability to group contacts by teams, so only those teams can see them, but we actually need people to know who is on the system, but they do not need to know or be able to access all of the data relating to that person. So this has been a real drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our most significant problem has been with the issuing of Statements of Service via products/quotes, allowing us to get our clients to sign-off on the value of service for the next quarter. This hasn't been available before and has proved so important it is being rolled out across the organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great system that you can introduce slowly and grow as your needs can handle it. This allows for uptake by staff to become familiar without large investments that may not be realised. While there may be some feature shortcomings based on your environment, we found the HubSpot support team were always very helpful and 8/10 were able to provide a work around. If not, a submission was always made to the product development team at HubSpot.
