HubSpot is an excellent business subscription - couldn't survive without it now!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud integrations, being able to build my own custom workflows within HubSpot and the ability to use templates. Also, love the ability to call contacts from within the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing and controlling user access and permissions is not always easy. HubSpot's support staff are excellent though and importantly - available when assistance is needed, so it's easy to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and workflows have been of great benefit to us. Our workflow times have improved by implementing efficiencies from the automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would just recommend giving HubSpot a try. The core products are fantastic and the integrations with other cloud programs truly improve overall business workflow. Plus, the upgrades to other modules within HubSpot itself can help businesses jump to the next level in terms of data control, ease of use and efficiency.
Fantastic Free CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has a simple UI and it's free for all users. This makes it a fantastic first step to getting all of your customer data in one place so that you have only one version of the truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The power of the full suite means that it can be a little daunting to get started with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to aggregate all of our customer data into one spot, and from there make sure everyone in our business has the transparency required to provide our customers with a great experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look back! And be careful creating too many custom fields to start with. Getting fully onboard with HubSpot means that you can really leverage the value of the platform, with things such as smart content on your website.
Saves me time!
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, snippets, and meetings scheduling are a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. The only problem is that it costs an arm and a leg to do all the things I'd like it to and my company is rather small. Would love an a la carte type purchasing option for certain features because I'm only able to make use of 10-15% of the total functionality of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have eliminated the back and forth that scheduling phone consults used to cause. I've also ensured that when on-boarding a client, they always get all the right documents at the right time because they're all included in various template emails. I never have to navigate away from gmail in my daily workflow either.

It's user friendly and easy to use. Hubspot has a great blog and other educational resources. The sales staff are knowledgeable and I feel my account rep is dedicated to my success

The pricing can get expensive fast. No ability to track MRR

If you are a small company, this is a great solution. Easy to set up, use and grow with. The hubspot team and the educational resources they have are very helpful.
Best Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love it, easy to create landing page and implement call to action. Support of Michael is admirable. He is helping us a lot. Training materials are also a good part. We can create call to action by the help of pre-define call to action. We can create email easily with the help of an attractive templates. Designing of landing page and form is also a cup of tea just because of Hubspot. Thanks for providing such a valuable support
What do you dislike about the product?
I love to use Hubspot but still I have seen anything that are not good. All things are arrange in proper order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve Email marketing and its performance review performance. I can also check social media in one place. If you are talking about Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. I don't need to close eyes on all platform. Just with the help of Hubspot, I can review all things in one place. Its help a lot. If you are looking to create attractive then you can easily create with the help of Hubspot. Attractive forms are placed in Hubspot. Just by drag and drop you are able to create form. It is so easy and I love the support of Hubspot.

Yes, It is a good tool for tracking of a website and also to get information about best call to action. I strongly recommended hubspot for marketing and sales purpose. Our team can get tracking info and email marketing performance easily.

The intuitive UI gets buy in from the team. It covers the whole marketing to sales process so you get a joined up and aligned approach to your processes.

Managing some features like workflows, lists etc etc is a tricky job and the reports takes some time to get your head round.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a an integrated platform that provides all the core elements we need to manage sales and marketing in a SME in an integrated way.

Whilst the product seems more expensive than most you will not be disappointed with the solution.
Quality Products, Quality Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is an all-in-one solution for marketing, sales and support. Our team saves time and money by having everything in a single platform. The best part about HubSpot is that it's easy to use and easy to teach others to use. The interface is intuitive and our whole team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system is very lacking. I want to dig deep into the data in my CRM to find useful analytics and HubSpot's baked-in reporting tool barely scratches the surface. There's no way to report on historical data like lead assignments, and it's really difficult to get reports that show meetings booked and other sales activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not currently solving any problems, but HubSpot support has been stellar every time we've needed them.

There is literally no reason not to try it. It is free. You can't lose.
A great platform is you don't have a dedicated MOPsteam
What do you like best about the product?
If you understand marketing and sales operation HubSpot is very easy to pick up. If you don't, it's a good place to start. The UI, docs and absolutely amazing customer support lend themselves to an ease of adoption not present in the other major platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a seasoned marketing ops veteran you will find that simple to use often equates to lack of complex functionality. There were some advanced things I was able to do with other MOPs platforms that I struggled with quite a bit in HubSpot.

Better integration with Marketing platform and simpler to use for the sales people.

Take the time and dedicate the manpower to set it up right the first time. Like any system, it will be your best friend or worst enemy depending on how it was implemented and ongoing governance.

- Quoting is dreadful and not customizable - need to be able to customize the template, have custom line items, adjust what subtotals and totals show. Look at Pandadoc wink wink

More emails getting out than with Pipedrive due to Sequences (though they just added this feature, wish I had stayed with them)

It is a scalable product, so as you grow it is a good option to have. Definitely not for the faint of heart, there are better pure CRMs out there.
The Best CRM for Beginners and Experts
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM works with you. If you've worked with a CRM before, you're likely familiar with the terms "garbage in is garbage out"; meaning you only get what you put into to it literally. HubSpot CRM integrates to help log conversations automatically where it's able. It also helps auto-complete company profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to use the sequences data to trigger other actions, or even filter contacts and build better lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see where to best focus my time in sales. I know where each lead is in the sales process, and how likely we are to closing each lead. We're able to close more sales faster. As a result we doubled our revenue last year.
