HubSpot for Sales Review.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to manage all of your 'sales tasks' by date and title with applicable notes so that you can pick up right where you left off with lead interactions whether it's a few days or months later.
HubSpot also has a 'Deals' section that lets me easily manage my my pipeline by stage. I can run relevant reports and keep track of where issues are arising in my pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about HubSpot for sales, although a rich preview when hovering over deal cards in the 'Deals' pipeline would be nice to get some extra context without having to click into the deal itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me organize my day effectively. With hundreds of follow-ups, emails, etc. sent weekly it would be near impossible without HubSpot tracking this information and compiling it under each lead's profile. It's invaluable to conducing my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool for small and medium sized businesses. We use it here for end-to-end pipeline management from marketing -> sales -> customer success. It's an all-in-one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to stay on top of all of my different tasks and maintain my relationships with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been impressed recently with HubSpot's ability to make updates that have fixed my past frustrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we're able to improve our follow-up with prospect, and spend our time more wisely working closest to the money.

The software is exceptionally user friendly and clear to navigate through the pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things wrong with software in the current state. The recent update took a small amount of time to get used to but once adapted there has been no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the stages of different cases and clients with a number of helpful features to streamline work. It allows me to suitably keep up to date with cases and keep on top of more pressing clients and issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend the software as the layout and user friendly nature means that any employee can grasp the basics immediately and soon be an expert within the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is Intuitive, If you have a large sales pipeline then you need to check out how Hubspot can make your day easier with its handling of Deals. Clean and to the point layout. Highly responsive developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few ways to do things in Hubspot that will yield the same results, If you are not careful you can end up a little derailed in your process with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully narrowed down how to funnel a large number of leads into manageable Deal stages with both short and long sales cycles. We are also working to tailor marketing campaigns to each stage of these leads based on the position of the stages..
Powerful tool- Incredible Customer service
What do you like best about the product?
In all honesty, I like the amazing Customer Experience everytime I call. It's fast, efficient, answers all my questions and everyone has a great disposition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not big on change, so it took about a week to get use to the new format but now I love it. There's nothing I don't like although I still find sequencing a little difficult .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to save tremendous time by sending out 150 emails a day. The tasks are concise and perfect each morning which saves me a lot of time.

Great powerful tool- go for it !
Quality CRM, especially for those on a budget
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot is the ability to build, send, and track outreach sequences directly within the platform. They can include a mix of emails and tasks for reps and this is the best integration of this feature I've seen in a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot reporting and dashboard creation isn't as intuitive or robust as tools like Salesforce. I'd love to see better reporting capabilities

Our CRM use case is pretty traditional - we track customer and prospect interactions, revenue, and metrics
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for your first CRM, HubSpot is an awesome choice. If you have a small-ish team and email automation is important, HubSpot is an awesome choice. If you have a large team or need robust and specific reporting and dashboard tools, HubSpot might not be for you. I've used Salesforce extensively in the past and there are a lot of things I miss about that platform. HubSpot checks all of the necessary boxes, though.

Hubspot is a very powerful tool that allows us to e-mail, text & call to reach our customers more efficiently all in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides at this point with Hubspot, it provides all the necessary tools to provide excellent customer service.

We are able to use the different tools that are provided by HubSpot to make changes in how we do our business. If something doesn't work for us we are able to change to something else that better fits our needs with comfort,

Easy to use, all-in-one solution to manage and grow your business. Great support team as well. Intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we call a lot of international users the calling feature does not allow to purshase credit for a number of countries and the external integration solutions will simply replace the existing tool so you then start paying for calling countries that were free under hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup company and I wanted to have an integrated solution to manage my business and be able to run our sales and marketing activities. Day after day I praised the guys behind this product because it's so easy to use and convenient
We ditched Salesforce for Hubspot and have been very happy
What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Hubspot about 3 years ago. Salesforce was just too difficult to make do what we want without pricey consultants, whereas Hubspot was easy and intuitive out of the box. They've continued to refine and improve, and we ended up adding the marketing module as well as the sales. We use them to send sales and marketing emails, to host forms and landing pages, and of course to track emails and client info. I like the customizable fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be a little over-aggressive in sucking in internal emails and tracking them when they don't need to be. And the split between Sequences (emails sent by Sales) and Emails (sent by Marketing) is weird... they are just emails. They should have the same tracking, be available from the same place, etc. Also the reports are pretty terrible, and the ability to track people from Marketing efforts through to deals, then to conversion is strangely lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track and forecast deals, to send marketing emails and sales emails, to track client info. It is so much cheaper and easier to use than Salesforce, which means people actually use it!
Hubspot and getting stuff done
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to automate marketing emails and reach a wider audience without having to individually contact people. This is great when you have a large database of contacts and potential Sales Leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of restrictions with formatting emails and the blog. I also find it frustrating that you can't use hubspot to record if someone replies to a sales email in order to remove them from a workflow. I feel like this is a fundamental requirement of workflow interactions. Automation helps a lot, however reaching VIP clients can sometimes be a challenge as huspot can make event invites or marketing emails appear to be junk mail. I find the reporting tool difficult to use - you should be able to link contacts/emails and deals and cross match data but it appears they are separate buckets of data

Saving time with workflows, keeping our customers up to date with our blog. Keeping in contact through emails.

It's an incredibly powerful tool, that has the potential to enhance the effectiveness and implementation of your company's email marketing strategy.
