An inbound marketing platform for sales business.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is well design CRM tool for small and large business and it comes with stable features which let us manage our business of sales. It integration very well with other applications and let us work faster. We can store important documents on this tool it integration with email let us communicate with client at any time. We can easily get customer for deals by this tool and it enable us to create a good relation with customer. It works as an automation option for our business and let us upgrade our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM is an online tool for manage sales and marketing business and it has all the basic features for completing our all needs for business management so I did not find any difficulty while working with this tool its alp good and work seamlessly for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a CRM tool and serve any kind of business very well, it specially designs for small or large businesses. We use this tool for Contact management, Customer tracking and for account management and customer tracking is one of its best feature which let us track customer at any time for further instructions. Its super easy to use and feature of this tool are also easy to use. It integration with social media let us present our product in front of online world.
Hubspot excels in simplicity but offers you all the features you need
What do you like best about the product?
All the features of Hubspot are linked and interfaced in such a manner that navigating to and through the CRM data is a breeze. The platform has the potential to automatically process the tedious tasks that are part of your daily CRM routine, enabling you to focus on the more challenging issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs Hubspot should focus on to make the software foolproof. Most features work without any problems, but some could use some tinkering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Hubspot, we now know more about our customers. This is mainly because of Hubspot's easy overviews, the ability of assigning score to contacts based on their activity and because Hubspot makes it easy for its users to document every interaction point with the customer.

Please note that you need to have your processes and information requirements in order before you start implementing Hubspot.
A special CRM tool for grow sales business.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is special tool for sales business and it comes with bundle of reliable which let us organize product and sales pipeline. It comes with feature of live chat feature which allows us to communicate with clients at any time. It's an easy tool even new user can easily grip on this tool completely. It integration with Gmail and with Outlook let us track customer and we can create a strong relation with customer via this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CRM is great tool for sales management but Its relativity new as compare by other CRM tools of market. HubSpot is light weight tool so it only work effectively for small businesses but it doesn't advance enough for work perfectly for large marketing networks. It has lack of flexibility which doesn't give us full freedom to fully customized our sales business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is good option for manage our sales business and let us track customer easily at any time and it help us to communicate with customer for further details. It integrates very well with other applications and it’s easy to install. We use this tool for Pipeline management, Contact management and fro relation management and it serve us great. Mobile version is also available which give us full access to our sales business from anywhere.
Intuitive and beautiful CRM that is nearing full capability
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and intuitive design of Hubspot makes it a real pleasure to use. Our sales team were able to pick up and run with it really easily because of the simple design. The reduced number of clicks is also a blessing and means that as an admin, I can make a lot of changes quickly. The CRM being a part of the bigger platform that spans Marketing and Service as well, is also a huge plus for us so that all prospects and customers can be managed from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that are missing to make this the perfect CRM. These include things like not being able to upload companies with a Parent-Child association set and not being able to define Deal properties in workflows based on associated contact and company properties, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy-to-use system that our sales team can use, but that is also powerful enough in terms of functionality to do advanced automated marketing and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a really beautiful and easy-to-use platform that has the vast majority of advanced features you would find in the world-leading CRM system, this is the one for you.
Hubspot makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to organize leads/potential customers and turn them into paying clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much I still need to learn in the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization problems. I am able to follow up with all leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can learn how to use it, it will become an extremely effective tool.
Really friendly user CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales is a really good CRM and very friendly for users. Moreover, is a one complete tool to centralize all the needs sales teams have since you can also do all your direct marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reality is that I really like the Hubspot software. The only thing I think should be easier is to add companies and contacts in just one form instead of linking them after creating them separately. Some times the software links contacts to a company task or email that are not supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can have all our data base in a really simple software, follow up with perfect timing, have all the history between customer/lead and sales rep., marketing direct from the same place.

Since you can do a free trial is worth it to at least try it.
Solution that matches all industries
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable you can make it. It took some time but Hubspot has a great support team that helps me setup the workflows and chatbot features. I like to track my emails to see if a prospect has opened or clicked on anything I sent. I mostly use Hubspot's task features. I set myself task reminders so I dont forget to followup with a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the basic service is free, getting a more granular feature required more time to setup to my liking. I felt at times I understood things more than the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking my teams performance so if they arent making enough calls I have proof. I am way more organzied because of Hubspot too.
NOT recommended for email-focused sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that is completely integrated with the rest of the Hubspot suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the terrible integration with e-mail: there is no native 2-way sync, and the plugins available do not work well. Since our whole sales process is centered on sending emails, I was completely lost after being away on holiday for just a few weeks. I actually had to go over all of our leads with my colleagues to get to grips of what happened during my absence.
We use Office 365 and have a small team with both Windows and Mac computers. This means that we can only use one of the two plugins for Outlook. Sadly, the plugin does not work very well and there is a lot of manual effort needed to make sure all the emails end up in the CRM system, which, eventually, no one does.
Furthermore, once emails are in the system (I have trialed a 3rd party that takes care of the synchronization), the UI of the product is so terrible that it is impossible to find the information that you are looking for.
In the end, we decided to go for a different CRM system altogether and will stop using the Hubspot CRM and Sales solution.

The only advantage really is the integration with the Hubspot Marketing suite. Other than that, for our situation, there are none.

If your sales process relies on email, I would strongly recommend to trial a different CRM system first. There are multiple solutions out there that have far better email sync and a better user interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task feature. It helps keep me on track and accountable with checking in on my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the organization for the sections like "Tasks" could be better. Tasks is not just a sales tool. It would be nice to be able to leave reactions to notes, so when someone tags me in a note, they see that I've seen their comment without having to leave another note. I think it's also strange that anyone can edit the notes, so we have to trust that our notes go untouched to preserve the history of an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us be more proactive and automate simpler tasks that take precious time out of our day.

I don't have any recommendations or advice at this time.
My most-recommended CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers a great training programme so that everyone in the company finds a solution specific to their department within sales. I also find the Gmail tracking add-on feature incredible useful when sending emails to important contacts in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides as of yet, but one improvement I'd recommend is being able to see your own deals separately to other users' in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us not only to track deals but to see what stage each deal it as. This helps us monitor our sales targets more closely.
