Powerful yet easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our website, blog, social media and all the power that provides is amazing! I love that I can teach someone how to use it in 10 minutes and away they go. There are of course great courses available for deeper dives at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications/alerts are sometimes overwhelming and get annoying. The ability to "mute" them or notify Hubspot when it is really you looking at things seems a bit sketchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better team collaboration and my ability to see what my team is working (or not working) on.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to use. It was easy to roll out HubSpot CRM to our sales people because the interface was easy and self explanatory. Unlike other CRM's, HubSpot is set up similar to a social media platform. All activities are easy to find, sort through and track. Makes it easy to find deals, close them and view measurable results.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint when it comes to the CRM is the reporting isn't as easy as the rest of the program. Pulling activity reports is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and traceability. When we close, the build up and why a deal was lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Carve out a good amount of time for set up. Implementing this product just for use took about three months.

Hubspot management application is very beneficial when creating accounts with regards to the overall performance of the site. It possesses a great Content management systems, in which it is possible to handle weblogs. It also offers a powerful tool for executing inbound marketing. What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I wouldn't like in any way about this application is its software for mobile phone devices because it is very restricted at the number of stages. We don't prefer that the entire process of obtaining contact details are so manual. It doesn't have audit resources, either for collaboration

I love the tool, its incredibly flexible. All our team, young and old uses the tool to follow up tasks and prospects. I've been using it for more than a year, and its a huge step up from a calendar or agenda, or spreadsheeting. All the visualization options, like tables and boards are great to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am able to organize my workflow on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Give it a try, i think its best CRM tool out there that you can implement easily. We help set it up for a good deal of our clients and they love it.
Excellent Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
All communication in one place - calls, emails, tasks, notes, etc. Love that there is a mobile app for convenience and work on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way more features and capacity than I understand or use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and automating tasks has increase my work efficiency! Also great for a team when we need to cover for each other. All the information is there in one place.

Use the HubSpot Academy! There are excellent resources available for maximizing HubSpot functionality!
Great CRM for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of great features offered for free with Hubspot, and the paid features are good as well. It does a good job of offering most of the expected features in a CRM for free, and the pricing is reasonable for the pro plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Hubspot for me has been using the blogging tools and landing pages tools in conjunction with a non COS hosted website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a way to track customers, deals, as well as marketing efforts and impacts all in one place which is something we never had before, this has helped drive sales.

I recommend HubSpot to any company looking for a CRM to start with. The free tools give you everything you need to get started, and the paid plans will support growth once you get comfortable with the base set of tools.

Most of the time when something is free it’s a trial period of it’s just not very good. Hubspot’s CRM is free for life and great for small to medium businesses looking to start utilizing a CRM.
The mobile app is handy. You can text,email, of call directly from the app and Hubspot will keep track of everything. It even automatically asks for notes on the conversation after a call. The app will alert you when the customer opens an email that you sent them. Pretty cool.

What do you dislike about the product?
In order keep track of emails, texts, phone calls you have to make sure to send those from within the app or website. Otherwise it won’t track it as a contact point. You have to remember to always open the app and send from there. It takes some time to remember it and I still forget now and again even after a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is helping me keep track of my clients and makes it so easy to go back and see the different stages of development for each client.
HubSpot is super user intuitive, and the automation saves us hours!
What do you like best about the product?
I love workflows and sequences. I am saving tons of time by enrolling contacts so that they get the information they need when they need it, and I can standby to assist in ways that make the most sense to them, rather than manually setting reminders or playing phone tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to dislike. I wish it communicated with some of our other software, but I believe that's more a dislike of our other software because HubSpot does integrate with some other platforms we've used. I also wish there were better pricing for the non-profit sector.

Time saving--automation, workflows, booking meetings. Also the personal touch--HubSpot makes it easy to connect with people on a real level. It's not about sales; it's about relationships and connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The software interface is intuitive and easy to use. Getting new employees up and running is easy. The queries are fast. It makes managing data easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic reporting is great. Tracking email opens and clicks is what you'd expect. Tracking lead and deal progress also meets our needs. Integrated tracking that shows company and lead contacts is lacking. It would be nice to have a report that shows a list of the contacts at each company, when they were last contacted and what type of contact was attempted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website and social media integration is amazing. The ability to easily create customer journeys and triggers is simple and powerful. We are collecting website leads and immediately putting them in the sales funnel. We paid for initial website design and development as well as CRM set up. But now that everything is in place new lead forms, landing pages, and customer data management is mostly handled by the marketing team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is simple to use and very affordable. It is a great value. While it is not as powerful as Salesforce, it is robust enough to meet almost all of our needs. And the value and ROI more than make up for some of the advanced reporting and interrogations available from Salesforce. The administration is powerful, yet simple.
Game changing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of the software and user interface design. It's so easy to connect the dots in Hubspot it truly improves my daily workflow and increases efficiency. To top that off, the training and support offered is notable. Quick response time, loads of support articles and the agents are helpful, nice and know their product. We've made suggestions to the software over the past 2 yrs and have seen lots of changes but nothing too overwhelming to the user. They actually listen to us!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there were some integrations that were a bit clunky or properties missing from the client record but the suggestion we made were heard and responded to with action. 2yr later the software is even better than our first impressions. With automations as well, the work is done for us which frees us up for more time to connect with qualified leads and move prospects along to closed sales.

If you are looking for a way to track leads, conduct inbound sales, monitor your deal pipeline and not compromise on integration, Hubspot is for you. Top that off with stellar support and training tools, you can't go wrong. Not to mention the user interface design is easy on the eyes, well thought out and simple to adjust to and use.
