HubSpot Sales - AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple, yet very efficient HubSpot is. The customization with the properties have been a huge benefit to my team and our reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to cherry-pick some features from the marketing side of HubSpot to enhance the tools I use on the Sales side. I work with a company that has very tight pockets and investing into 2 platforms within HubSpot is not doable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Workflows are a huge hit with my company. I have about 12 individuals who's workday is completely automated by HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into both the Sales and Marketing side of HubSpot. What features are universal, which features can you not live without. If you have an unorthodox sales pipeline like my company, NO WORRIES. HubSpot is completely customizable and their support staff is easy to work with.
A quick look into the vast world of sales
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that although it was focused on the HubSpot tool, they designed the process around sales best practices. The method and process that you follow is a great thing to know, and the tool just enhances your ability to follow through on that process in a successful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a stand-alone training and I don't think it is designed to be. However, I still had to go and mess around a bit with the tools that were not mentioned before I could learn them and be comfortable. Specific training on each of the tools and features might be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of what I call, "Brain Fog." You have so many people, places, tasks, follow-ups, and desires that get built up and great brain fog. What benefit I have found is that the tool allows for you to make all the notes you would need and create the follow-up tasks you desire while you are focused on that person. Then you can move on, let your brain space open up and come back to it later.
Good for small business
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to learn and navigate. The on-boarding team was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was also very easy to 'self-service' when trying to learn a new feature or function by watching videos and reading the step by step process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it was time to renew your account or make modifications the sales team was not really responsive and challenging to work with. When we also started to scale and grow, they were no longer the most economical option and had less 'bells and whistles' then some of the competitors. A big issue for us was the inability to properly export ALL of our inputs - anything in a field was extracted but some elements were unavailable such as historical notes etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did work nicely to organize our contacts and multiple call points. It was also a great email and social media marketing platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to be highly organized when setting this program up. Its best to already know what custom fields each of your teams will need to be effective. This can be said for any CRM - but we were not methodical on our initial install and had to re-do this once we had a better understanding of the program and its capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is super easy to navigate through and makes it almost impossible to lose track of a lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to merge contacts within the same company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobiniti gives me a chance to quickly update a task and move on to the next with little to no "extra work". The quality of my calls also has increased due to the integration with our phone service. Which gives me the opportunity to go back and listen to previous calls within the profile of that contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an affordable but fully featured platform Hubspot is perfect for you.
Intuitive tool to improve the relationship with your contacts
What do you like best about the product?
It is a clear and easy to use tool to manage all your contacts, schedule activities with them and do not miss anything. Its automation (as creating the company from an email address domain) is very helpful and time saver
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not found a way to customize the font I want to use in the email I would like to send directly from Hubspot. It would be very appreciated if you could add this feature :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot CRM I can look for any quick information I need about one of my customer, and this is very helpful when I use different tools while working, as well as is fundamental during a phone call with the customer itself and I need to find quickly something about the relationship with him. Most of all, my team and I store all the data about the customer in one tool and information are accessible to everyone of us.

If you want an intuitive ddn easy-to.use tool that helps you store all the data and information, and make them sharable and reachable by your team, both on website and app, just choose HupSpot!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is a dynamic, easy to use tool and comes with a learning community and forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few kinks with any CRM solutions that are hard to customize for your own needs. IT is a combination of working with your team and with the HubSpot team to figure out work worunds for these smaller customer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place for our Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate with, track, analyze and update all of our deals and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommed a demo with them and really asking direct questions pertaining to how HubSpot solves your team's needs. Their platform speaks for itself but you need to know how exactly they can help you. THey offer a comprehensive CRM platform that is easy to use, easy to set-up, easy to get trained on but how you utilize it is up to your team.
A Specific CRM tool for sales and marketing business.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is complete suite for our marketing business and it has all the basic abilities to complete our all needs of marketing business. We can customize our product with this tool and easily present it in front of online visitors and we can also get their reasonable reviews about product and convert them as requirements. HubSpot help us to get customer easily and stay connected with them at the time of need and we can track them via email for further deals. It integrated well with social media and gives us option to automate our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is an online CRM so it also has some limitations which makes our work little complex. Some of its features are relatively complex for new user and they need more training to grip on these features. Fields and custom section are not well organized in this tool and reporting features is still lacking. HubSpot's features are good but I price for purchasing full version is bit expensive rather than other CRM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a CRM tool and it comes with many efficient features which gives us opportunities to customize our product as requirements of clients and automate our business of marketing. This tool is mostly use for Lead management, contact management and for pipeline management. Mobile version is also very good for business because we can easily mage our work from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that the CRM is user friendly, it has a lot of things we can use to analyze sales which are amazing! Hubspot has many integrations with many tools such as Zapier. I don¡t know if this is well explained but, its like hubspot really tries to be user friendly and help us have everything connected. really like the attention, I know myself and my company may be a little bit too much. But i love to know that there are people trying to solve the problem and people "with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
That i cannot assign the same contacts and deals at the same time!! This has made my life really really hard haha Because for Hubspot there are two different things. As i said before, it has amazing tools, but sometimes its very difficult to find these amazing things.
I would also recommend to have a better dashbor export, because when i try to export the data of my dashboards it only exports it as a pdf which is not really ... the best. Its like taking screenshots

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well we hubspot helps us solve EVERYTHING, sales, stages, marketing... everything. I love that it helps us with the organization, without Hubspot it would be hard for us to work.... having better analysis and control

Try to do the certificates even if they're long. This is because Hubspot has so many interesting things and tools, the "hard" part is to find them.
Good CRM for Marketing & Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The Deal Card and Stages are great, we use this a lot to track sales progress and for our approval system. Very fast software and easy to use. Playbooks, templates, snippets and sequences are all great productivity enhancers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not possible to have a contact on multiple companies (which is missing when we work with different customers through the same agency contact. In our previous CRM, we had a nice calendar view and the possibility to generate reports for upcoming activities, useful for managers to so I could drop in on a customer call or demo easily by just looking at the calendar. I miss that function. The phone app is a little basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing is better connected with sales now, and the approval system from sales over to customer success is improved. HubSpot is easy to connect via API with other systems, that's a big plus.
It does what is says on the tin and more!
What do you like best about the product?
Our entire sales, marketing and customer service process is completey intertwined end to end with HubSpot. We would require several solutions to match what HubSpot does.

The license structure is a bit of a jump as your team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot CRM as the central hub of client information. We use it to publish daily newsletters and importantly manage customer support and sales with various integrations.
