APM solution with managed Prometheus
What do you like best about the product?
1. One stop place for the Application Performance monitoring.
2. Plug and play solution for APM.
3. Managed prometheus with high cardinality.
4. Minial code changes required for integration .

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some pre-made/pre-configured dashboard for popular service can be provided as templates.
ex: - mySQL, load-balancer & other commonly used services.
2. UI (not that much ) but can be bit more intutive + smooth.
3. Onboarding experience can be better.
4. Better communication regarding future roadmap & freature releases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It provides us a single platform where we can monitor all our applications metrics in a timeseries fashion.
2. Support for altering gives a quick feedback whenever some kind of anomly happens.

nice support team, direct share our doubt with him and they immediately start working on it

Nothing was noticed yet. I am using since last 5 months so didn’t noticed something to dislike

Levitate is a budding project whose trajectory is very inclusive to the custom needs.

Alerting is tricky,
Maybe if there could be more modularity on creating an alert, if alertmaneger's ui could be incorporated.

* Developing ecosystem around levitate like alert manager, open sourced apm library
* Prompt customer support with a very good turnaround time for requested features

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features over levitate. Currently, there is a basic dashboard with daily usage metric. Need more control like historical usage, alerting over samples ingested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just fire and forget about our metrics and levitate takes care about the rest. No headache of maintaining our own time series database.
