Efficient Screening with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find ComplyAdvantage to be a really great solution for screening our customers and we've been using it for more than five years. The support from the ComplyAdvantage team has been crucial, especially during our data migration to the Mesh platform. They were always ready to help, providing efficient instructions and were extremely polite. I am extremely excited and happy with the screening outcomes we're receiving, especially with the new platform implemented. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the screening configuration, which can be adjusted for specific screenings like sanction screenings with wider fuzziness levels. The efficiency of the screening that's returned to us for review is something I like the most. The initial setup was very easy, and the migration of data to the new mesh platform was easy to perform as well. The interaction with the team stands out as the best compared to other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can write here, I like ComplyAdvantage as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ComplyAdvantage to screen our customers against sanctions, adverse media, warnings, and PEP information efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
ComplyAdvantage has been a real game-changer in the compliance system we have in the company. Over the years, as we use ComplyAdvantage, the quality of data, the quality of outputs, and overall insights have improved significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We survived several major software updates of ComplyAdvantage, but the most painful one was switching to the Mesh environment. It caused a backlog for us; however, we were able to address it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most popular use cases for us are customer and service provider KYC, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring

With Complyadvantage we can get the verification results directly in our system via API. It saves me time.

Ease of use, customer service and compatibility in terms of systems resilience. Has a number of features, and can be used relatively frequently throughout the day.

Takes a while to get to know but once there, ease of use is good.

Comply Advantage Mesh Streamlines Name Screening with Accurate Filtering and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Comply Advantage using the Mesh platform help us to streamline the name screening system during customer onboarding. This new platform also helps reduce the false positives as it has more filtering options wherein, we have the accurate data to fill in during screening. The support Team is also very responsive and provides resolution to our inquiries and concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, linking it to our ERP system is not possible, thus we still need to print the name screening results and attach it to our ERP system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comply Advantage addresses the required name-screening system from AMLC. One of its best features is the automated monitoring of screening updates, which makes our monitoring process much easier and more consistent. Overall, it has been a big help for us in meeting AMLC compliance requirements.
