What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in choosing lists to create different search profiles.
Customer service is on a very good level. CA implementation team has provided valuable support during integration of CA TM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the alerts are displayed as its not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CA is helping us the issue of duplication screening.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ComplyAdvantage for AML and BSA, transaction monitoring, and it helps keep us in compliance with regulations. It gets the job done without any notable standout features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is too slow and takes too long to upload data. Also the support team needs improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
ComplyAdvantage has been an invaluable partner for us for many years, and it’s genuinely a tool we like working with.
The interface after the migration to the new technological set-up was quite new for us, but we are getting used to it really quickly. The most widespread use case for us is customer screening and monitoring, and ComplyAdvantage perfectly meets our needs in that domain on a day-to-day basis.

From the technical side, the integration process is smooth and predictable, and the solution scales very well, whether you are integrating with a large institution with hundreds of thousands of customers or a small startup with hundreds of customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't really name any of the major drawbacks. Like with any other system, you can occasionally get into duplicate or very similar profiles for the same individual, which means some extra manual review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ComplyAdvantage helps us solve the very real problem of identifying and managing AML, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media risk at scale. You can be sure that if you spend some time tuning, selecting sources, and optimizing your workflows, ComplyAdvantage can be one of the best offers you can currently find on the market.

User-Friendly Platform with Comprehensive, Timely Alerts

What do you like best about the product?
Comply Advantage is very user friendly, we get access to wider verity of alerts which is very helpful. I am able to find the very recent information on individuals which is expected from a monitoring tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Entering information and editing information need to have more options. Once entered information cannot be edited which results in duplication of work, since i need would need to recreate another file on individual or firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular monitoring of our customers and their org chart is meeting our regulatory requirement.

Highly Configurable and Reliable Screening Tool

What do you like best about the product?
My firm uses ComplyAdvantage for customer screening and without doubt the most useful feature it has is the configurability available through the user interface. It saves so much time and enables for quick responses to issues identified as we are able to amend our own search profiles, the lists we screen against, our fuzziness matching percentage and notifications we wish to receive. There is also a range of configurations that the ComplyAdvantage team help you set up in order to strike the balance between having effective controls whilst reducing false positive rates such as name logic and PEP out of office timescales. Generally, the user interface is really easy to use and the tool is reliable which makes our teams jobs easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have communicated with ComplyAdvantage previously about their responsiveness to our help tickets/emails. We have experienced times where it has taken them several days/up to a week to respond to a query. They have taken this feedback on board and we continue to see improvements which is positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue associated with screening is always going to be managing the volume of false positives whilst ensuring you are identifying true matches. As mentioned previously in my review, ComplyAdvantage provide many configurable options to assist in reducing the likelihood of false positives and we have been able to work with them to ensure our work queues are manageable. We have needed to conduct remedial work over the past year which posed a very large problem for us and Comply provided excellent assistance in helping us bulk close and tidy up alerts, ensuring our audit trails are clear.

Impressive Detection, Even with Typos and Foreign Languages

What do you like best about the product?
Even if there are typos, misspellings, or the individual is referenced in a news story in a foreign language, it can identify dangers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users claim that despite using AI to decrease mistakes, many innocent persons are still flagged by the system (false positives).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systematic approach and easy infrastructure helps with a much faster newhire onboarding process.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, good support provided throughout the partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert quality can be inconsistent, main reason service was removed from API. Advanced tuning and customization could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this moment in time, it is used as a backup service and to help perform sanity checks from our primary proivder.

I am highly impressed with the high quality of ComplyAdvantage's services combined with its fast and reliable customer support. The platform boasts a clean, intuitive interface that enhances user experience, and its straightforward integration process seamlessly embeds it into our workflow. I also appreciate the frequent updates to data sources, which ensure the most current information is always at hand. The platform's flexibility in configuration options, such as adjustable fuzziness levels and the ability to create customized profiles with different sets of sources, stands out. Switching to ComplyAdvantage from previous products was motivated by its significantly higher overall quality, lower service costs, and enhanced user-friendly interface. It has proven to be a reliable solution and is widely recognized as a leading provider, reinforcing our decision to adopt it. The initial setup was easy, and due to all these positive experiences, I am very likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few aspects that could be improved. The platform lacks detailed logging for case processing, making it difficult to track user actions and maintain a clear audit trail. Additionally, analytics can only be exported for the last six months, and obtaining older data requires contacting support. Enhancing audit transparency and offering more flexible analytics export options would significantly improve overall usability.
