VMS allrounder software in budget - Milestone !
What do you like best about the product?
Milestone software has become our favorite security management tool which we get so comfortable on using it due to its modern yet lightweight on our medium spec devices without causing crash or something which is our favourite thing. I like its straight forward analytics and customization features for creating combinations of devices for our different zones in company.
What do you dislike about the product?
For security point of view i see no issue whatsover in my experience. Although i like to see improvements in analytics part which can be made better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our security system management is covered after using this software and we could easily track access to our server rooms and entrance . Definately it performs wells without any type of problem in the feed and help us in providing safe and secure environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried different software over the years and i found milestone to be best fit and most reliable among all for securing the work site .It has equipped with most advance features including object detecting and Artificial intelligence based search sysyem. Dashboard is very user friendly and has collaboration system available which is just perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing caused us problem in our working. It comes with lots of feature so it has a bit of learning curve other than that its a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to constantly keep an eye on the inventory for ecommerce store products for clients since we run their marketing campaigns and ecommerce store thats where Milestone plays big role in securing the site and provide continous feed with very advance object detection technology. It is user friendly and easy to login so it reduce complexity in work.

Intuitive UI that is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit buggy at times. This makes a bit hard to diagnose issues users are reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience i find Milestone very very comfortable and reliable to use for our company security system. I never faced any data loss in my working ever and its ai & analytics is just best. I had totally good experience between usability and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complaint about in my personal experience and have talked with team they dont have any issue either in current working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very delightful experience with Milestone Xproject in company. We have required very tight security for our servers room there milestone played great role we never faced any issue related to security and it has super advance features like object detection , workflow mangaement in our security team.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to use , storage, cameras, functionality all there in the management system and how easy it is to update and keep a check on all the CCTV being used in the surveillance system .Support is outstanding as well we have a premium service account .
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor point is that there is a bit of a learning curve to fully utilize all of the advanced features and minor buggy functionality make it slight to use. But with this tool we find no issue in our working time although customizations can be made more easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Milestone XProtect has been very beneficial for our CCTV surveillance system.The stability , the overall great user -experience, and it easy to update and keep a check on all the equpiment being used in the surveillance system. And it saves lot of time in manual working .

Its a great tool for managing security feed storage and devices from centralised dashboard and easy to manage and configure. I like its footage quality with all lighting conditions even low lighting. And it supports advanve capturing like motion detection.

I find it exactly fullfilling as per requirement although its third party integration settings can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like its wide integration with multiple ranges of cameras and devices and also it is very customizable as per requirement. I like its simple user interface which makes it easy to track and reacess footage without problem. I mainly want to mention its excellent stability and realiability.

With this tool we find no issue in our working time althought customizations can be made more easier.

Milestone Xproject takes our security surveillance issue in its hand and managed all integrated devices very efficiently. The most required feature is ability to add motion sensor , ai based seaching and analytics reporting which comes very handy in our job.
Great product, great support
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI for the Smart Client is fluent, easy to use and asthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When databases break which then causes Recording Server to break.

Issues with a corrupt Database on our Archive Drive.
