It has been great experience from the start
What do you like best about the product?
It has a nice layout and once you understand what you are looking at, it is super informative and really helps you get a gauge of what devices need attention
What do you dislike about the product?
To start off with, I feel like there was a lot of information thrown on screen at you. To go back to what I liked most, there is on screen and it can be a bit much off the rip. A nice overlay showing what features there are and where to click to see certain things would be nice when you first log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to see what devices are at risk more easily and is helping us automate SMW on servers
It's not an MDM and have to really understand the gui to not make any crucial mistake
What do you like best about the product?
it actually works for scripts and such tasks as running things from CMD/Terminal
What do you dislike about the product?
The gui and arrangment of policies and deployments is just terrible. So easy to make crucial mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to control computer by running scripts, deploy and uninstall apps. for that it does great job, but for policies it's unusable. (for the ammount of money it cost I can but a real MDM that can kill every task needed by an IT and Security expert)
Automox is my go to application for remote support and automation
What do you like best about the product?
In my own words what I like best about auto marks would be the way it streamlines policy creation as well as making sure all pcs are up to date and working properly. Another great feature that I also love using would be its remote control option which gives me the ability to remote into any PC on the network or off the network to resolve it issues as the it administrator that is very handy
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal opinion the only downside is their load. its by far the slowest remote control software I've ever used. Even Google remote desktop (which is completley free) is lightning fast compared to connecting with Automox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox's biggest advantage is its policy automation It's something I use every day and at this point I don't know how I could do my job without it
Huge cataloque with scripts and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, the huge libaray of worklets. It is really easy to get help. The setup is easy with alot of options. Dashbard is a great way to get a easy view of the enviroment
What do you dislike about the product?
The windows notification could use a bit more information. . IE it would be nice to see what app is updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is pretty much fire and forget, once it is setup there are no need to constant monitor and modify the settings.
Overcoming Challenges with Cloud-Based Endpoint Management Automation
What do you like best about the product?
really like how easy Automox is to use, especially since I didn’t have much experience with patch management tools before. Recently, I’ve been using its Autonomous Endpoint Management features more, and it’s been helpful to automate patching and keep systems compliant without much manual effort. The overall visibility into devices has also improved, which makes day-to-day management smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the visibility during patching. When updates are being installed, it just shows “Installing,” but it’s hard to tell the actual progress or if something is stuck. A progress bar or more detailed status would make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security patches are extremely important for all operating systems. Hosting internal servers that hold or perform these security patches can be a labor intensive task. Choosing to have Automox host these servers while giving us an easy GUI to use not only saves us server space, but also time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love How clear and concise the dashboard is! It tells me the vulnerabilities by severity, the health of my organization and what critical updates are still outstanding all in one glance!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could manually push a policy out to all devices within a group from the "Groups" view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a consolidated patch management solution with the ability to automate policies and prove security controls are in place.
Great endpoint manager, makes script deployment a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love using powershell for scripting processes. The worklet creator was one of the most utilized tools in our entire stack of security tools. I used it for remote management across our entire enfastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain applications do not perform well with automox. Citrix, namely, was extremely difficult to manage and patch. I could not rely on the GUI for determining whether or not a script executing succesfully. Too often I needed to double and triple check devices after recieving false reporting for Citrix status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of endpoints across the country and we need to standardize our management and configuration for every single one. Automox made rolling out script with worklets extremely easy.

Automated Patch Management – Keeping systems up to date is effortless. Automox automates patch deployment across Windows, macOS, and Linux, reducing vulnerabilities with minimal manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Customization for Patch Policies – While Automox automates most updates seamlessly, I found that customizing patch policies beyond basic scheduling can be somewhat limited. More advanced options for fine-tuning deployments would be a great addition.
