Easy to monitor and control, amazing interface for someone to learn the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
cannot control app based monitoring like monitoring data usage based on apps.

we are more focused on securing mobile devices. Device owner mode gives me full control and seamless experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of immediately allowing or refusing privileges of the application/service to users personal devices that are attached to a business email. I work for a large consultation firm that handles multiple clients, and using MaaS360 we are able to do all the work we need at the touch of our fingertips. It also allows client staff to use confidential email data on personal devices whilst keeping up with international IT security standards.

What do you like best about the product?
SaaS offering, possibility to start using the solution in less than ~ 30 min, Wide feature list - covers all business needs. Best support (Comunity, internal support chat, quick response)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes specific functionality cannot be configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile device management (Aplication management, network management), BYOD mode, Kiosk mode for specific device use (Survays, terminals, ticket scaning devices configuration for public transportation etc ), Security implementation, Compliance to GDPR (Data security).

I have used the API to integrate our mdm product with the i vendor. The API is well designed and documented

The UI os a bit old and clunky in some features

What do you like best about the product?
MaaS360 is best suited for customers who want custom configuration. MaaS360 ability to cater for their customers needs is impressive compared to other MDM providers who over out of the box solution with limited ability to customize to customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of TeamViewer for remote management and the overall experience of their remote management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to customize the solution to fit our business requirements.
Professional service and very reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The tools and features, remote wiping, data encryption, security controls and track/locate

Dashboard was slow at times, making a change sometimes will timeout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maas360 helped us with BOYD in our org and gain better controls in securing our data on business as well as personal devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the Demo, we did this to really test the capabilitys, the tech team at Maas360 were really helpful to ensure we are happy with the services and that it fully integrates with our systems.
My Maas360 Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Maas360 is it's efficiency in Managing Mobile devices and providing the ability to connect to Exchange for the sending and receiving of emails. The upside to Maas360 is that it's platform monitors and controls the integrity of mobile devices securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes when it comes to Maas360 as I have always found it to be efficient in it's management of Mobile devices for the send and receiving of Exchange emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had much problems to solve with IBM Maas360 except I had unexpected challenges where after a device was enrolled and after installing the app with the certificate the receive the emails, the policy was either expired or needed to be recreated or revamped in order to continue to function on mobile devices, whether it be apple or android.
Excellent Product for Multiple Android Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed Maas360 support, they were super helpful and always reliable with any bugs/fixes or any help. It was excellent for tracking android devices I was managing about 90 Samsung Tablets, and pulling reports on whether they were checked in or not were really helpful to operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was a little challenging, took some training and some time getting use too, some of the items that were really simple seemed complicated and renamed.

Benefits: Tablet Tracking, Management of Tablets, Pulling Reports, Setting ScreenSaves, Policies & Rules, Pushing out updates

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of our companies selected mobile devices on MaaS360 with specific policies applied to each one dependent on function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be a little snappier to navigate. I often need to go from devices to users depending on what I'm doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tablet lockouts, app distribution and updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Licensing can be costly for a smaller company. However if you have a lot of company owned devices and want protection. It's definitely to be considered, with the amount of features available to lock down a device tightly or enough to meet company security standards.
