Reliable and secure solution for enterprise mobility management
What do you like best about the product?
IBM MAAS360 provides a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for managing mobile devices, applications and content within your enterprise. Integration with AI manipulation analysis can help proactively detect threats and enforce guidelines. The dashboard is intuitive and the guidelines configuration tool allows you to easily adapt your device settings based on user roller or company requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process for initial facilities and initial users without technical support can be somewhat complicated. The documentation may be more detailed, especially due to the extended configuration. Additionally, there may be delays or sync questions regarding app offerings through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IBM MAAS360 helps you securely manage a wide range of mobile devices and endpoints from a single console. The configuration of the remote device ensures compliance with company guidelines and protects against potential safety threats. Real-time viewability and control significantly reduce and improve productivity for remote employees.
Best and Efficient Mobile Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I found about MaaS360 is application management and security. It is easy to manage the remote workforce by managing their Mobile Phones, Desktops and easy to integrate with windows as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some interfaces are bit complex , If they can be made more user friendly it would be great.
Pricing factor can be also looked upon or can have a industry and region based model like based on the size of industry and which part of the globe that particular industry is present.

It is solving the problem of managing multiple devices and security while accessing the environment.

Customizable reporting capability with AI querying.

They Didn't include native remote control.

The ability to use remotely helps password resets and device wipes in case of device stolen is really a useful thing when we talk about security.

There is nothing as of now that I dislike about IBM Maas360.

I definitely liked the neat dashboard which is easy to understand and navigate.
Cherry on the top is the detailed documentation for various activities and troubleshooting, thats something many vendors lack.
Easy to push configuration on all devices and view the threat and compliance report. Glad to know management would be happy to see all those details

I have always disliked the regional customer support team of IBM but im happy with international ones. I gues thats one common problem with MS and AWS as well too.

What I like best about IBM MaaS360 is its AI-driven insights powered by Watson and I liked that MaaS360 is user-friendly interface and cloud-based architecture that make it easy to deploy and manage

IBM MaaS360 is a very good tool for startups to prevent any data breach & helps me manage my laptop.

It is very easy to set up which I personally feel is the best feature apart from it,It serves the purpose it promises. It gets easily integrated with my applications without any hurdles.

IBM MaaS360 is solving my problems with ease, for a startup company every thing to handle becomes difficult. With teh use of this application I am able to manage my applications like Mobile and Laptops easily and the customer support is good as well.

Improved AI features with better UI so that now I can easily tract day to day users

It solves the problems of managing variety of devices as it supports cross platform support so that we need not use different applications for different operating systems. So this benefits me in reducing number of applications which inturn reduce cost.
It's the best device management tool I have used for my laptop and using it personally for my phone.
