IBM MaaS360 with Watson - Best tool to manage BYOD & Corporate Devices
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all devices of our clients or users in one place is the best feature that IBM Security MaaS360 offers. The registration process of devices is very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching a user in IBM Security MaaS360 you need to clear out first the recent search. It would be best if it will auto clear the recent search so that we all need to enter the username of the user. Though it's just 2 clicks there are times that you'll forget that you need to clear the recent search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all know that every organization is very strict when it comes to the security of client's data and devices. IBM MaaS360 has high-end security that makes our client trust us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson are the easy steps that they provided to their clients or user admins to manage , setup and how it works on end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about IBM Security is it's taking too long to delete a user from the user admin side, this is something that I am not sure of and may also have to do with how it is setup from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With IBM Security, it made end-users access their work emails and applications conveniently with the use of mobile phones, iPads and even using personal devices. It stand outs their Robust Security and very easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
That it does not exploit personal information .
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is not really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was just for a testing phase but did not really use it in the long run.

It is very easy to navigate as an admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you delete or remove a user from IBS it does not delete the user right away.

I am an IT Support for some of the Banks in the US and that's what they use in accessing work emails and applications.

What do you like best about the product?
With the most recent security issue in many of our clients, IBM Security MaaS360 is recommended for not only big companies but also for small companies to secure their environment because the setup is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think the platform has the essential functions to make it work well across the organisation, but on the other hand one function it should have would be email notifications, it lacks that and I think that is an important point to add

IBM Security MaaS360 help us to create great security environment for all endpoints we have. With the endpoints secured, it also shift our focus to develop our business.

Modern technology has grown exponentially, however, nothing can be 100% secured when connecting with iot over the internet. On the contrary, I would accept the fact It's the most easiest to use, When it comes to most industries

The cost of the product,I hope they would improve the UI functionalities and make it more user friendly

There is nothing to say dislike point about MassS360.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, the best part is that all mobile management is in one place. Also, the software can be pulled from the stores or be created on-site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the Refresh Data not be limited to only three and each refresh after 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is making managing mobile devices more manageable and not having to have it in hand to resolve issues.

I like that it is a solid platform that offers an exemplary user interface, is cloud-based, and can manage corporate devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only expect some improvements, but at the moment, everything works perfectly.

The experience has been incredible, and the security and security are perfect, so we are happy with the product because it has an excellent and robust security solution.
