The best email security solution.
What do you like best about the product?
It has customizable features where you can cut down on spam and phishing attacks and also it is able support multiple email domains.
It is easy to use and the feature 'secure click' checks hyperlinks to ensure the sites are legit.

What do you dislike about the product?
We just recently installed the application and have not experienced any major downside except that it can be at times overprotective and block out even emails that are legit but for the most part it has been quite a great tool and protected our emails and data from threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better security of our credentials and communications through the emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite overly protective at times and thus may block out some mails which are legit or those that you cant find the reason as to why they were blocked but otherwise the application works great and for the most part protected our mails from threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvement in productivity with the less attention in looking at threats as the application does it for us.

No major drawbacks so far except that the customer support could consider being more attentive and clear bugs more often and provide updates regularly otherwise everything else works perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
Here at our dealership, the peace of mind Avanan has provided us with for all of our email processes and chains has played a crucial role in maximizing efficiency and keeping key data components secure at all times. With scams and malicious emails floating around more so than ever these days, we knew we needed to implement a high-quality email security platform to protect our key privacy features at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Avanan truly meets all of our needs in just about every security aspect we've needed the Cloud Email Security program for. It's kept spam and malware out of our email chains and helped us keep important tasks ahead by prioritizing corporate emails and feeds that require the highest amount of attention first. We are incredibly grateful for the Avanan system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan helps us mitigate the amount of malware and potential viruses that could be extracted from spammy emails that may come our way. Avanan has also helped protect our data privacy by keeping our emails constantly secured and ensuring that no one can access the information found in previously sent and received emails which all play crucial components to our dealership's daily functions while keeping all customer data secured as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I learned of Avanan and then found out Check Point purchased and is using their back end. This product is absolutely the best in the market and is partner friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that I have to purchase through Synnex or other resellers instead of direct. Service and Support have been excellent when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a crucial shield in front of our staff when it comes to protecting them from modern-day phishing attacks and BEC attacks. I would feel less safe without this in our environment today.

What do you like best about the product?
Avanan is a cloud-based security checkpoint for your email and messaging solutions. It helps organizations to protect themselves from some advanced threats available on the internet such as hijacking, malware, ransomware and phishing. Avanan also can work with popular collaborative tools like Slack and Office 365. All our security standards can be set up using a single dashboard with a few easy steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you would feel Avanan is a little overprotective as it automatically detects some of your frequent mailers as spam. Also, I wish they have included file Sandboxing and URL Sandboxing in their basic plan which would be the most valuable option among small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a solution like Avanan mostly for better scanning options. If you’re using a SaaS solution or a simple cloud-based environment, Avanan can the entire thing for malware including files and messages. It uses multiple testing tools to compare detection rates to provide better results.

Avanan is the best cloud security platform in the market right now. The product is user friendly and easy management and implimentation. Avanan is great prouct with all the features to manage day to day email security and monitoring. It's help us to secure with malware, phishing emails.

Email security that doesn't cause hair loss
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface: everything is where you'd expect it to be and all of the options make sense. I am fine with "learning a new system" when necessary but I don't want to spend hours each day fumbling with a convoluted mess of a system trying to figure out how to do simple tasks. Check Point Harmony Email and Office has been a breeze to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is the case with most top tier solutions, you'll spend top tier prices to obtain and use them. There also doesn't appear (unless it's hidden) to be a way to only license specified accounts so basically anybody in your tenant that is licensed will consume a seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from using Mimecast previously and found that solution to be an absolute nightmare to manage. It did 100% what we needed it to do but it also demanded a TON of our time just to manage and maintain. There were days when I felt like I should just change my title to "Mimecast Administrator" with how much time I'd spend in their UI trying to do simple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is used by our IT team to provide security on emails and day to day network activities kind of a firewall. It fikters and provide emails to avoid data breach into the systems as well as office suites. It is because of Avana Our online portfolios of company and its clients is safe.
