Avanan - Excellent Security
What do you like best about the product?
Avanan is the best cloud security platform in the market right now. The product is user friendly and easy management and implimentation. Avanan is great prouct with all the features to manage day to day email security and monitoring. It's help us to secure with malware, phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not any significant issues or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan Cloud Email Sercuity best product to secure our Email with malware and phishing attacks. The product functionality and performance is very fast.

Email security that doesn't cause hair loss
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface: everything is where you'd expect it to be and all of the options make sense. I am fine with "learning a new system" when necessary but I don't want to spend hours each day fumbling with a convoluted mess of a system trying to figure out how to do simple tasks. Check Point Harmony Email and Office has been a breeze to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is the case with most top tier solutions, you'll spend top tier prices to obtain and use them. There also doesn't appear (unless it's hidden) to be a way to only license specified accounts so basically anybody in your tenant that is licensed will consume a seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from using Mimecast previously and found that solution to be an absolute nightmare to manage. It did 100% what we needed it to do but it also demanded a TON of our time just to manage and maintain. There were days when I felt like I should just change my title to "Mimecast Administrator" with how much time I'd spend in their UI trying to do simple tasks.

It is used by our IT team to provide security on emails and day to day network activities kind of a firewall. It fikters and provide emails to avoid data breach into the systems as well as office suites. It is because of Avana Our online portfolios of company and its clients is safe.

Avanan has almost all the features which fulfill my company's needs and secure our company data and avoid a data breach. Thank You, Avanan, for fulfilling our company needs. There are no dislikes about this software.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, it's not easy to find why the email has been blocked
- Avanan still blocks some legit emails even after putting rules.
-Sometimes, the login page is bugged; when I enter my password wrong one time, each other try will not work even when it's the right one.

Avanan is very easy to use, + the software work great our users love it, and it gives them more confidence.
Since we need to give fewer attention to attacks, the IT teams are way more productive.

We have benefitted from the overall process of security. It has solved an issue we had before using the company, which could have resulted in millions of dollars lost.

What do you like best about the product?
Before Avanan, we had no additional security for our and Email environment. Avanan was easily implemented and immediately start producing results with phising and malware hits. I like that, Avanan is easily protected environment and block phising and malware.

Nothing. It's work fine and if you need support for something, they will respond via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avanan provide the best security for our Emails. Before implementation Avanan, we received lot's of malware and phising attack, but after implementation, Avanan protect the Email environment. Internal email within the company also scanned to ensure that they are not spam or malicious. It blocks emails that are malicious.

Great platform to prevent my client's sensitive personal information like social security number or any other the can be compromised and block any data leakage and shadow IT

its not user friendly to scroll within the user pick box as well i experience incompatibility with Microsoft safe-links protection and lack of customization but thats what you get for simple set up

very easy integration, easy email tracking and search and is even useful in spotting compromised accounts by alerting on suspicious account activity it was the solution for our business and our clients personal information.

I like the protection this product gives us against hackers, malware, or ransomware. I also like how clearly it shows any events or alerts that the log server shows us

Avanan has been a great additional tool to help with Email Phishing attacks.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, simple and easy to use dashboard, straightforward and powerful Mail Explorer to find messages, and the ease to create block or allow rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few false positives with the O365 Mail Click-time protection, that we were using in conjunction with O365 native Safe-links.

Additional phishing protection against phishing emails and campaigns that the native O365 platform was missing, or allowing too many to get through.
