One of the better ATS
What do you like best about the product?
Completely customizable, ease of use, faster working system

Outlook integration, page setup could be cleaner

Working on integration of a new company into our company and how to gain access for their hiring managers
Very Easy to use and streamlines processes
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is a web based platform that have streamlined our recruiting and onboarding processes greatly. We can now eliminate a lot of manual processes due to everything being built into one system. We are in the system everyday and iCIMS greatly enchanced our user capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an HRIS platform that iCIMS had as well. Also, integration and implmentation was not easy due to our representative and customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to streamline recruitment
Best of Breed ATS if You're Willing to have it Carved Out Separately From Your HCM
What do you like best about the product?
It's the single most robust ATS and extremely well-liked by recruiters. Decent integration capabilites.
What do you dislike about the product?
While best in breed, it's discrete and separate from a core HCM, although integrations help with this. Can be a but user-unfriendly at first as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really provides a great solution to provide a single, streamlined recrutiing workflow, with a hook into our core HCM for data toflow over.
Solid ATS for Talent Acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, easy to navigate, find applicants and data (i.e. resumes, emails, and templates); has the ability to integrate with other systems for streamlining processes. Has a newer version that centeralizes date more visually
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as automated as would like. My team make a lot of manual movements to applicants, in which I am hoping for a more automated feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS is allowing us to create standardize templates across the organization that all subsidaries of the company can access. It allows us Candidate Management and to centralize documents needed in the offer and onboarding stages as well.

User friendly system. 100% customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service with tech support can be frusterating due to unneccsary back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and sharing new/old candidates.
Very Quick, Doesn't Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very user friendly, and that it doesn't lag when you're pulling reports or bulk talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where you can find the reports could be little easier to find, you kind of have to play around in order to find them.

iCIMS has been a one-stop shop for me and it's been great! Using it as an ATS and then also being able to communicate with talent in the same system has been super useful

What do you like best about the product?
Talent cloud is very user friendly and easy to navigate. You can customize it to your needs/wants which is a huge plus, it is not a boring standard ATS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Candidates are allowed multiple resumes which may get confusing as you don't know which one was the latest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are always improving their system to make the candidate experience perfect as well as making the life of the recruiter side easier.
Ease of Use - Long to Build
What do you like best about the product?
The ATS is easy to use. We have an increase in applicant flow, polished career page, text engagement, ability to build and send out campaigns with our candidate data. We created our own customized data for our dashboards, and have been able to gain buy in with our hiring managers in utilizing the platform for approving hires to budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The build to customize for your organization takes almost a year to integrate, customize, and get how you want it. You definitely need to have an administrator designated to the platform for issues that can arise with hiring managers in your organization.
IT Support is a hit or miss. Have had multiple Account Managers assigned to our account.
Would like to see a link to text engagement on the main dashboard vs. having a different login/website.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to customize data to our organization. Have current data ready to deliver for executives. More applicant flow, better integration with our HROPS team for req approvals, and we integrated auto notifications with hiring managers, and other departments so they can begin onboarding activities in a timely fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about iCIMS Talent Cloud is its user-friendly platform that streamlines the recruitment process and enhances efficiency. The robust features for candidate tracking, workflow management, and insightful analytics make hiring top talent much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about iCIMS Talent Cloud is the occasional lag and the learning curve for new users. Additionally, some features could be more intuitive and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS Talent Cloud is solving problems related to managing and streamlining the recruitment process. It benefits us by providing efficient candidate tracking, seamless workflow management, and valuable analytics, which help us make informed hiring decisions and improve overall recruitment efficiency.

How easy it is to navigate through the screen and find the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, I haven't come across any inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Color coding the information contained in there will make it easier finding the info for the new candidates.
