What do you like best about the product?
Facility to download reports within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look & feel of the platform, feels a little old could be a little more savy. I would add more AI features.

What do you like best about the product?
I am looking forward to the new platform and new ways to view and onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a lot of new features, I'm worried our employees will not enjoy so many changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the new iCims cloud will make it easier to access multiple features with less clicks.
Effective and Easy Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can build pipelines easily and move candidates through the process along with adding specific notes to share with coworkers! This is a very cutting edge recruitment tool and I am always happy with the way it makes my work life so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's more effective for me as a recruiter than it is for hiring managers. A lot of times the notes are too small for hiring managers to read, which makes the time between submitting and moving forward to next steps a little longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I am aware of now.

iCIMS creates an amazing database of candidates with a multitude of functions that help us to search for candidates, track progress, generate offers, onboard employees and utilize multiple forms of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this systems is very functional and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS is a way for us to gather candidates, search for current hiring needs, communicate with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a process.
I absolutely enjoy Icims. It is easy, and an excellent source to utilze.

The easiness of the app, along with the support from the helpdesk team if needed.

There is nothing that I dislike at the moment

It has allowed me to effectively recruit, and utilize the system to its full effect.

We have a multi-brand function and it organized those different divisions well.

The ability to talk with other platforms and offer management is inconvenient for a high volume team.

It takes a lot of effort to configure at first, a dedicated PM and a lot of patience to solve issues with tickets rather than 1-1 sesions

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS has allowed our company the ability to streamline the applicant process. Ranging from the application, interview, job offer, onboarding and hiring.

Not many dislikes as we've had a good experience using iCIMS.

It has allowed us to go paperless with the digital job offers. Integrations with background checks and I9's has been very beneficial.
