Love ATS
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ats and customization abilities

I wish all of the add-ons did not cost more and were included in the ATS package

we just use it as an ATS internally, we do not have any of the add ons

Icims talent clouyd offers organizations a powerful and comprehensive solution for talent acquisition and managemnet, improving efficiency,candidate experience and data driven decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is for someone to get familiar with the tool which is not excatly downside as every tool requires one to be familiar with to explore more usability.

It provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to attract ,engage and hire top talent .It offers modern and intuitive ATS ,job distribution capabilities and advanced candidate screening tools.It focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment process.It enablkes organizations to create branded career sites, personalize communication with candidates and provide a seamleszs application and interview experience.
I would recommend it highly as it makes navigating iCIMS more accessible and easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Given that I wasn't familiar with iCIMS, this space allowed me to learn on my own pace and discover features that I didn't know exist. It also supports me in my daily tasks as I frequently use it when I'm faced with any technical issues if new options in the implementation phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that I have only been using it for a couple months, I don't have anything worth listing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the whole candidate experience more pleasant as it is more accessible and easier to use. It's benefiting me in more ways than others to attract the right talent for adequate roles.

I love how much data can be pulled it is amazing coming from a company doing high volume recruiting on a google spreadsheet...

You need someone dedicated to manipulating the system or you will not be able to best utilize and your data will be skewed

Lack of accountability and transparency in hiring process!

ICIMS provides ease of access for users with simple implementation with multiple features of integration and active live support

No con but resume search for data base can be improved

The Recruitment lifecycle is covered in ICIMS from receiving an application to tracking a candidate's onboarding at one place.
Hire at scale with easy operation and management
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS make talent hiring process easy and simple to operate. Search for candidate and find all their basic information and download it into the cloud for quick scanning and analyzed. Automating the hiring workflow and implement it easily with the current HR system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some part of the features is not easy to use. As an example, tracking a candidate isn't easy to do and the our HR can't see candidate full information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve issues with candidate onboarding process and make the process automated without having to deal with full technical setup.
