ICIMS Review
What do you like best about the product?
I've really liked the information that we have been able to pull from the cloud. The new tasks that are being completed are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not disliked anything. Everything has been very informative and really thrilling to be a part of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far they have been solving our pull for candidates that we need going back to be able to see people we haven't talked to.

The account team and customer service. Also, how there are more tools and offerings to explore when needed

Personally, not much for me on the talent acquistion side. Our HRIS team does get frustrated with the feed to our HCM, Ceridian

Awesome ATS System
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is easy for hiring managers to and the HR Team to navigate. I use iCIMS everyday so I absolutely love the offer management system and text recruiting programs as it helped streamlined our processes.
Customer Support is great -very fast and helpful. Also very to implement new programs if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping for a more modern and more accessible UI/UX design for the dashboard. System Settings are difficult to navigate/edit and customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigning through ATS makes it easier to monitor and control sponsorships from one program. offermanagement and text recruit helped a lot of streamlining recruitment process as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly platform, and pretty customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you would have auto launches that are able to collect the info and add it back in the sysetm (Interview feedback). Also, for the interviews scheduled through ICIMS - if the interview gets rescheduled/ declined - I don't have any visibility on that.

ICIMS helps us consolidate multiple functions in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is user friendly. They have many additional functionalities and features too.
They partner with many vendors, such as background check companies, so everything is on one platform.

Would like to have more sourcing options to attract applicants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't call it a business problem more so they are current with changing times, for example adding Zoom links to interview invites.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since we added an automated offer letter, it made our hiring process much more manageable.
Also, we added some IFORMS that are also very easy to add and modify and the ICIMS Tech Team was able to assist us in a Timley Manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike it; it is just quite challenging to use. The reporting in Icims seems to be a little hard because it is difficult to receive some of the results I need.
I also wish they were more tools we can use instead of having to reach out to the ICIMS Team.

We have not had problems with Icims; everything seems to work smoothly. As in my previous answer, we have made our process much more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly platform, the ability to connect ICIMS with other systems, metrics, dashboard displays, and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
ICIMS takes too long to make changes when a ticket is submitted, it is hard to change some of the configuration at times.

It helps me manage the pipeline, keep candidates communicated, track metrics, share reports with leadership, and tell a story.

There are few things that could be automated and ICIMS.

It's an easy tool that allowed me to create a workflow based on how our company functions. It helps us attract, engage and hire talent for the company. It's user friendly.
