Growing Potential
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS ATS functions fairly well with the basics of application and candidate flow with an affordable price tag in comparison to competitors in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing reports is more complex than desired. Field options are difficult to decipher when creating a new one. Having a field grabber integration would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer clicks for the end-user in the Winter Release is a highly anticipated change.
Great product overall!
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is very user-friendly. The ability to utilize TextRecruit is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates are not communicated with Users. Distribute update communications more frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the reporting functions that iCIMS offers. We are able to track our openings and candidates within a wide time span, making comparisons easy YOY.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not been able to identify ways to simplify the work of our recruiters tracking open reqs to align with our internal structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking candidates and organizing applications - keeps the team organized and able to function efficiently.
iCIMS platform is good and easy to use but does need some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard and reporting filters. Ease with creating new jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking a question to Tech Support, we get different answers for the same question &/or the answers are very generic, not answering our questions. They are also quick to want to close the case after leaving us with more questions based on their generic answers. We used to love Tech Support when we used to call in and get live assistance. Service was excellent (pre-Covid), but now, their contribution leaves us trying to figure things out ourselves unless we are lucky enough to get a senior tech agent then that is a great experience because they share their knowledge with us and they understand what we are trying to do, they'll even walk us through the process of setting up what we need. Unfortunately, we aren't able to request Tech Agents by name. Some tech agents are excellent at what they do, and when I am lucky enough to get those agents, I tend to ask them all my questions in one call (If I am able).

What do you like best about the product?
The many features that can be integrated and customized to support our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some enhancements that can be built out. For example, the Agency feature should be able to capture screening questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to capture all candidate information in one place.
Great system and easy to use.

The many options you have to help you better recruit. Such as CRM, Text Recruit, Chat bots etc.

Limitations on the filters for reporting and scheduled reports.

I think iCIMS has the potential to do some really great things but falls short with client support.

I like the different functions for mass editing profiles and making large scale modifications to profiles.

Support is limited and sometimes comes at a premium cost

Mass scale hiring in a short term seasonal timeframe
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and administrative support. It's easy to make changes to the application and review information on candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it's easy to navigate it can be time consuming to make some changes to login groups. If I turn something off it one place it may not turn it off somewhere else and so you have to make sure you hit the pieces everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier integrations with other platforms. We have a variety of systems in our organization and none of them talked to each other. iCIMS makes it easy to integrate with other systems which is time consuming to set up but is making things significantly easier for us.
Great platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
We use the marketing automation side to keep in touch with our candidates on a clinical basis. It's simple and has a multitude of features to be able to engage and track engagement with our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI isn't intuative, it could be easier to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Th eability to engage with a large data set of candidates, the design tools and high level of customisability with our campaigns is great and makes it tailored to the receipient.
Great tool, good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
ATS system is excellent, and the customer care team quickly takes care of any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could go back to the time when we could talk to the technical support team versus someone outsourced in another country who only creates a ticket (one time, I could hear a rooster in the background :)

Workflow of candidates and helping them move through a set flow. Keeping track of candidates and their status.
