What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to see and find the information you need through all the tabs and to follow the steps
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of any downfalls for this program so far.

You can easily search for candidates, move easily through the steps to hire quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to iCIMS, everything was done manually so the automation of the whole process, from start to finish, has been a huge game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that once we have a form (through the Onboarding tasks) routed, it cannot be changed or edited if something changes. This does not happen often and if a change is needed, such as title or hire date, we make this change manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major problem we had was the slow feedback from managers in regards to reviewing resumes and pushing candidates to the next step. With iCIMS, we have given that power to the hiring managers and they are now able to move candidates along faster and they seem to really appreciate the authority to do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend this product! It can be tailored to meet your company needs and it's very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS has been a wonderful addition to our talent search efforts! They make it easy for us to post our job openings on our web page and to get them out on the internet for job searchers. Applicants can easily apply via a computer, a mobile device or a tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features of iCIMS are not as user intuitive as Admins or Hiring Managers would like and we have to ask tech support for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach a much more diverse set of applicants. Hiring Managers are able to view applicants as they apply rather than waiting until the deadline of the posting. We now have much more data on where are applicants are finding us!

Flexibility to make changes as needed and candidate search capabilities. Ease of candidates to apply for a job quickly.

1) Fairly complex reporting in terms of learning all the data and where it lies, where it applies.
2) Having to click through many screens to get somewhere, which first you have to know how to get there.

Easy to Use and Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that we could configure iCIMS to fit into our recruiting process. The plug-ins with our background screening and drug screening save us a ton of time, and iForms allowed us to move from paper applications to e-signature. We will never outgrow iCIMS with all of the technology it allows us to use to make the candidate experience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know they're working on it, but a better integration with LinkedIn would help, where I could add candidates I sourced from LinkedIn directly into iCIMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have revolutionized our candidate experience and that allows us to get candidates in front of our hiring managers quicker and with more data points to make an informed decision.

If you're looking for a system that is highly configurable and raises your game in talent acquisition by allowing you to provide a superior candidate experience, then you should strongly consider iCIMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The widgets are very helpful and the dashboard views at the beginning provide great insight!
What do you dislike about the product?
The different profiles (person, job, company, etc) can be confusing. Doesn't automatically prevent you to moving to certain statuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are exploring the option of Offer Management and really look forward to the time and cost save once implemented!

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is very easy to use for both candidates and platform users. As an administrator, I like the ability to easily configure workflows and communications in the system based on login group or portal. Customer Service is quick to respond and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas we struggle with are the limitations to the search functionality. Only being allowed 10 filters, not being able to search on history, and not being able to do custom calculations have forced us to move some reporting outside of the iCIMS Platform. We also have been unable to create valid candidate source reports.
We have been unable to use the scheduling feature due to time zone limitations.
We would like to be able to customize recruiting workflows by Job Code or Job Category.
Due to the complexity of our offer letter iForm we are interested in the offer module, but the price has been a deterrent. Clause management is very important to us and would need to be fully developed.

Due to the complexity of our offer letter iForm we are interested in the offer module, but the price has been a deterrent. Clause management is very important to us and would need to be fully developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our applicant volume by being able to offer a mobile application process. We have also eliminated paper offer letters, as well as other paper forms, by using iForms with electronic signatures. Our Hiring Managers and HR Generalists are very happy with the dashboard reports that provide them with a snapshot of information that is important to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't configure the system based on your current recruitment process. Spend the time to map out your current process and determine where the system can help you improve your process using best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to configure to meet our business needs has been instrumental! Also, being able to report on any/all data that we capture allows us to ensure that we are meeting our Talent Acquisition goals and allows us to know where we have room to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to come up with a dislike, but if there is one thing that I would like to change, it would be to have some of the onboarding forms structured to catch mistakes. Ex. I9 compliance, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to report on metrics better than ever before ! The reporting function has helped solve and streamline this process that we have struggled with prior to life before iCIMS. :) We have realized that we are able to capture a better glimpse into our candidate experience as well and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in our process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend anyone to evaluate iCIMS if you are looking for a Talent Acquisition Solution. The customer service offered is next level compared to many other vendors we have used in the past, including our former applicant tracking software. Quality enhancements are always being implemented that continue to keep us ahead of the game at our organization when searching and managing finding quality talent for our organization.
