User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS has a very user friendly dashboard. It is easy to organize and manage requisitions and candidates, and the ability to customize and pull reports helps to keep things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally have no complaints. I have heard from our administrator of some implementation and integration difficulties, but they were always eventually resolved.

Managing the hiring process.

What do you like best about the product?
This system managed to locate numerous top candidates for open positions with quality experience

The system can be a little unclear with current statuses of applications

Providing numerous qualified candidates after a lack of in a previous program. This has helped bring in more talented people in a shorter time

It would be nice to have more customizations to pre screening.

I do not like how many different steps you must take to update workflow actions or the way the system parses in resumes.

I use this to track candidates in process, run reports and assist with finding the best means of filling requisitions.

I dislike the the recruiting applicant services are not fully available on a mobile device.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS makes it easy to track applicants from application through hiring, clearly organizing their materials and yours at each phase of the interview process, allowing multiple users involved in hiring to access the documents and feedback they need in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is a little busy, but it is still relatively user friendly.

Tracking candidates, their contact information, interactions, and their materials, sharing feedback on candidates and standardizing materials across interviewers, tacking progress through hiring process

What do you like best about the product?
We get our information sent to us by the recruiting team who uses icims. It seems to work well though they say it's labor intensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very labor intensive according to the staff that uses it on a daily basis.

Firmwide recruiting with the use of icims.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is user friendly, very intuitive and applicant geared. It is used by other well known big companies such as Walmart

The cost and capacity is a huge factor. The fluidity of data to other systems is essential.
