ICIMS - A Great Tool for Tracking Candidates

Good functions/very secure and the company provided excellent product support

sometimes its very complicated to use, as well as being expensive.

Very simple and concise program for hiring. Applications are through, and it’s a very good ida that other companies can share this same site in order to put in applications.

Im sure it’s very important to know as much as possible of an applicant but it’s too many questions.

Only thing I would say is its very lengthy and you cant save and return if you forgot something. A lot of companies now are using this for onboarding.

Too many questions, sometimes it is tiring like filling out a huge document. Maybe the software can make it an enjoyable interactive process.

Flexible toolset and easy, built in integration
What do you like best about the product?
Integration and preset toolset make for a flexible onboarodng and HR solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slight downtime with getting used to the work process needed for the various inputting of data, although this is offset by the benefits gained with the easy integration options with our existing systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Successfully making the hiring process efficient and streamlined. Also the benefits of a preset forms and easy connection to our esixtong HR platforms makes for a great package.
Lengthy and un-intiutive UI experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is able to connect with other websites to import data which makes it easy for the person to apply for the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, a lot of times the imported data is no accurate. In addition, there are a lot of pop up boxes that are not easy to click. The candidate does not have a smooth experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is useful for recruiting and scheduling candidates for review by the hiring team. It imports most of the data that needs to be evaluated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improvements are needed. The consistency of the software is not the best. Data validation is very slow and can be improved for education and work history.

I like that everything is integrated into once system and I can easily view where each applicant is in the process.

I haven't had any issues as the system is easy to use.
