References back in less than a day!
What do you like best about the product?
We used to have to wait days to get references back and spent more man hours calling. We now get responses in less than a day and the reports look beautiful with our custom branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a more secure way of checking references. It also looks better and more professional to our Clients and it shows that security and accuracy is important to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will see a huge improvement in the time you are spending chasing references. It is easy to use and the finished product is very professional. The Customer Service of this Company is stellar. They continue to improve the platform and offer training on a continuous basis.
Awesome Reference TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. I like how seamless and how easy it is to use for the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative thing to say about this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking how good the applicant is before starting based on the feedback of their peers and managers.

Get it now for all your reference needs as part of your organization's on boarding process.
Great Product and Great Company
What do you like best about the product?
Skill Survey is so great and easy to use for us as a company, the candidates we want to hire and the references giving us feedback. The many ways to use Skill Survey offers a streamlined approach to our usually time consuming process. I'd recommend Skill Survey to any company looking to get away from the paper/phone process of reference checking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Skill Survey offers above and beyond what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skill Survey has helped us manage our time and recruiting process more efficiently. We no longer have recruiters "chasing down" references and waiting for days to hear back or never hear back.

If you are considering using Skill Survey I would highly recommend going with them!
Awesome tool for HR and hiring managers
What do you like best about the product?
SkillSurvey collects reference data in a manner that is objective and convenient for all involved. It then reports on the data providing useful insights based on the feedback collected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the email templates in the system were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved the quality of reference feedback collected and saved time by not having to hunt references down for phone calls.
SkillSurvey review
What do you like best about the product?
Identifies strengths and areas for improvement from references. Able to adequately get meaningful responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to receive notifications for candidates that add themselves into the Source feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits would be being able to complete prior to multiple rounds of interviews and to be able to use interview questions that may be helpful after completion of the reference survey.
Easy to use ATS platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and configure. Streamline all recruitment activity for our talent acquisition team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Majority of the fields are configurable, but some are not. It would be nice to have a little more flexibility in certain areas, but we were able to work out some work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined process, paperless processes, easy to use for hiring managers and gives them more accountability with the recruitment process
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use! The best ATS i have personally used so far. The customer support was great, implementation was easy and the information we get from requisition data is great.
Skill Survey for references
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to email my references the questionnaire giving them a higher chance to actually complete the questionnaire
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the fact that we have to finalize a report in order to look at the reference. We can still recv more references for the same client but we would have to finalize the report after every reference recv'd

Being able to give our references another mean of completing the questionnaire
First Position Using It
What do you like best about the product?
Seemless transition from sourcing to the main job, easy to use and figure out functionality, robust market place and resource website, powerful reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks a little dated compared to other ATS i've seen, but may be the version I'm on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching large talent pools easily, storing candidates for future roles, and posting direct to sites.
Outdated
What do you like best about the product?
I com’s did not have much to offer unfortunately but it did well at housing the information we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
This was an outdated system. From being unable to view cover letters without downloading to the lack of access for hiring managers, this was a difficult program to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No benefits at this time.
Wonderful Recruiting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post multiple jobs and set the status of each applicant
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing to dislike besides my company having pre-set job descriptions
