What do you like best about the product?
end-to-end talent acquisition, al-powered recruiting, seamless integrations, candidate engagement toold, data-driven insights and scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex user interface, customization limitations, slow performance, customer support concerns and high cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data driven insights so we can show our leaders trends in the marketplace and also where we are getting applicants.
Works Well
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I really appreciate the interface of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be slow. I think the layout could use a little bit of work but you grow used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it very easy for me to track applicants and send emails to them and the hiring team.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be less cluttered. There are some features on it I don't utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to rely on multiple Smartsheets to store candidate information. It's all now done in iCIMS and in one platform.
Great Tool for Recruiting!
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS allowed you to add uniqueness to specific processes. It helps find different way to deliver the same results but customize it if your company has acquisitions with different practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
iCIMS is like switching from an iPhone to an Android! You have to get used to all the customizations, but once you are, it works fine!

Complex for a reason!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple ATS systems in the past and iCIMS is the top performer. It is fully customizable to your teams' structure and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said, it is a complex system compared to some of the other more simple ATS systems. You really have to have a solid team of professionals to explore all of the features that will benefit your team and process. It takes time to learn a complex system, so patience is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use an ATS as a database for searching resumes complexly.
Overcomplicated system
What do you like best about the product?
Unfortunately later releases have come with major changes that affected production and ongoing glitches. If you need to process high-volume of candidates, this is not the right solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complex, not very user friendly and slower than other ATS

Reviewing and processing applicants to onboard. Customizing each step of the way is benefitial to tailor the solution to best fit our needs

Ease of use, Workday is easier in my opinion

Sometimes there are not great fields to complete requests

What do you like best about the product?
Icims is a good platform to track the applicant list and integrate with internal systems to process applications and initiate hiring procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feedback from interviews cannot be captured by assigning specific attritbutes to get detailed evaluation of candidates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS is a good platform to help recruiters and hiring teams to keep a track of the applications at different stages and monitor progress.
Woeful customer service and support. Like the Hotel California - you can never leave...
What do you like best about the product?
The searching and reporting is great. Its very customisable so you can adapt it to your own processes and make it work however you want to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A clunky interface, TERRIBLE customer support who respond back with a rubbish answer in order to meet their SLA and then take days to come back with an actual answer to your question. Account Success Managers that leave the company every 6 months without letting you know and without providing any handover, Very US focused. Whilst good for permanent recruitment, less good for contract/agency work. CRM element to it is rubbish. Don't think abiout trying to move to another system after you've been here for a while - I am trying to migrate but they are making the process as hard as possible, with limited data backups and zero support with trying to understand the data model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for managing candidates through the workflow of searching, application through to offer. Good for reporting.
More capabilities than your average ATS
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is editable and customizable. Creating an offer letter and adding clauses or contigencies is so easy as oppose to creating a static letter for every type of hire.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding columns in custom reporting can be overwhelming because you have access to select almost any type of field in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS is solving the visibility and accessibility to not lose site of candidates and maintaing a pipeline.
