Impartner has been great for our process
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Impartner to manage our channel success. The information is kept in one place and so easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high, but the value of the platform makes it more than worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of the information in one place.
Difficult Experience on Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
It generates newsletters for me for the days and times I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not intuitive and don't feel like I always have the best support. The system seems a bit dated and does not have features that I think are necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve the design and creation of newsletters. I need 4-5 generated monthly.

Customization, branding, API connections and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time except a few things we can't do without submitting a support ticket. We are on the classic version.

New look and easy surface in the back and front end to manoeuvre and manage. Love it and the overall partner user experience is just great!!

Best channel tool I've used in years
What do you like best about the product?
This was my first time attending ImpartnerCon as I am new to my role and my company just signed a contract as a new customer. In the breakout sessions, I was amazed at how easy to use and intuitive it seemed as someone seeing these demos for the first time. Overall, the event was very informative and engaging and I'm very much looking forward to getting inside the platform to build our new partner portal in collaboration with the stellar Impartner team. April Capas has been instrumental in helping get us set up and acquainted with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this was my first time seeing demos of the platform, I will need some time to absorb the information and apply it to the development of our new partner portal. But I'm confident that using my notes from the sessions, I will have no problem getting comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Carbon Black will be launching our brand new partner program this year and will need to create a new partner portal for it. This will help us tremendously to scale quickly and build an intuitive and functional portal to enable our partners. April Capas has been instrumental in helping get us set up and acquainted with the platform.
Good platform with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The technology is good to meet current demands but have more space for improvement to make it easier to manage and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain easy functionalities that should be self serve are billable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner visibility - partner compliance module is great. It lets partner know exactly where they stand against the program requirements.

SUPPORT, SERVICE & SMILES
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the PRM tool. It has the ability to work with several third-party vendor software or processes can be created from the ground up within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It has all the features and functionality the any partner program needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to attract smaller partners and providing them a way to build their brand quickly by co-branding with TFB.
