    Effortless Partner Management with Stellar Support

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Impartner PRM to manage relationships with our Reseller, Referral, and Technology partners for onboarding, training, communication, and to give them a tool to track their sales. I love the workflows because they allow us to automate actions such as data updates and email sending, making it easy to manage all phases of partner relationships from onboarding to sales management to certification processes with simple setups. I also find the initial setup was very fast and easy. I want to highlight how helpful the Impartner team has always been, especially Prue James as our CSM. Her deep product knowledge and positive attitude have made a big difference for us.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some sections are 'fixed', and we can’t customize them too much, like the Demand center, or some automatically translated sections for which we need to open a ticket if we want to have them better translated. Also, the Analytics part doesn’t have detailed trainings as other parts do. But these are just smaller things.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Impartner PRM to manage partner relationships by onboarding, training, communicating with them, and tracking sales. It automates recurring actions, segments activities, and simplifies managing partner phases with workflows.

    Highly Customizable but Requires a Learning Curve

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how deeply customizable Impartner PRM is, especially their segmentation features. The ability to build custom audiences based on any parameters and show or hide certain aspects lets me create a custom digital experience that feels targeted and valuable to our users. I also appreciate how technical the platform is. While there's a steep learning curve, once you get familiar with its depth, you can make it do just about anything you need.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would say the biggest thing is learning and onboarding on the platform. There's not really great e-learnings or on-demand support resources in Impartner PRM. So it kinda makes it to where unless you have a resource at Impartner that you're working with, even more ideally a technical resource, it makes it really hard to learn the tool, but then also figure out what exactly you need to do for your specific need or want. I think that on-demand guided learning options could be a lot better. I also think that Impartner should adopt a Salesforce-like service or support system that really has a team of technical folks available at any time. I understand that may come at an additional cost. Without a really rock-solid on-demand learning, on-ramp, it makes it really hard for someone to figure out where exactly they need to go to do the things they need to do without that support. If I'm being honest, it wasn't easy. We are actually still getting everything fully set up to a true one point o state about a year in now. Part of that is due to turnover at the company, and part of it is due to Impartner's initial insistence on not having technical resources on sync calls, huddles, things that were integral for the project to flow. Now in the present day, I have dedicated technical resources as well as a project manager on a weekly call, which really helps move things forward. I think needing some kind of technical resource involved from the start is key to getting a fast initial setup. It really requires a lot of hand-holding to get it built started and actually get it from the ground up. If Impartner had as robust of a training platform like Salesforce Trailhead or something like that.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I find that Impartner PRM solves the problem of automating data collection and tracking across multiple platforms, making it easier to manage partner activities and progress on a large scale.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find it easy to track deal registrations and have visibility into partner activities with Impartner PRM. It centralizes partner management and simplifies deal registrations. I appreciate the way it helps monitor partner submitted deals all in one place and improves transparency on the pipeline and activities. The initial setup was also very straightforward.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the user interface could be more intuitive. The reporting dashboard could also be more flexible, and navigation between sections could be faster and simpler.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Impartner PRM to centralize partner management and track deal registrations easily. It provides visibility into partner activities, helping monitor partner-submitted deals and improving transparency in the pipeline and activities.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the flexibility of Impartner PRM. We can do so much with the PRM portal in terms of its capabilities, and there are abundant opportunities for customization. The platform is very scalable, growing with our business needs, and the ongoing support from Impartner is excellent. They even facilitate annual gatherings where we can learn from other companies using the platform, sharing best practices. It's a very user-friendly platform with a strong support network behind it. Also, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the great support from the team at every step, ensuring a smooth transition and continued assistance.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I believe maybe having more frequent best practices being shared would be key. And I believe, you know, knowing successes frequently about how others have used the platform would be really helpful. We have had annual gatherings in the past whereby we learned from others, but that's once a year. So I think having this more frequently or have a platform where we can learn how others are using it and getting the most out of it would be really useful.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Impartner PRM helps us connect with global partners, providing a professional, flexible, and scalable interface that adapts to local needs as Vodafone grows. Its amazing ongoing support and customization options make it an invaluable platform.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Impartner PRM because it has an easy-to-use interface and makes managing things simpler with smooth partner onboarding and easy deal registration. I enjoy the workflow automation and reporting features along with the capability for partner performance tracking. Additionally, the initial setup was very smooth, and I appreciate how it simplifies partner onboarding, streamlines deal registration, and provides efficient reporting.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't like the reporting customization and tool speed in Impartner PRM. I wish there were more flexible report filters and easier report customization for faster insights. Also, the system's performance could be improved during large data loads.
