Strong Native Features for Partner Programs, but Customization Limits Hold It Back
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of native functionality that is key for building out a partner program from the ground up. Many features that are needed for any channel business, across many verticals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations regarding MDF object customization, document upload syncing, and cobranding customization that hinder our current business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were issues with our Deal registration form. Our business bases lead routing off of Zipcode and our CRM was having difficulty reading international zipcodes. Impartner's team worked with us to optimize our form with field validations and a workflow to prevent errors with Zipcodes.
Impartner Delivers Outstanding Performance and Hands-On Support
What do you like best about the product?
We've gotten excellent hands-on support from our implementation and customer success teams, the performance of Impartner outperformed our previous PRM by a landslide from the first PoC. As we expand our use of the platform we're excited to utilize more integrations and refine our UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the functionalities could use tool tips to help the user understand where to find supporting docs/more information. more analytics customizations out of the box would be nice to have to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Impartner Syncs Seamlessly with Salesforce and Empowers Partner Experience Control
What do you like best about the product?
For our use, Impartner syncs well with Salesforce and allows my team to control the partner experience outside of our internal teams. Developing workflows, after some practice and guidance, is pretty straightforward. The help from the support teams to help drive improved performance for your partner portal is amazing. Now we are learning to use Orchestration Studio, which I believe will help us continue to develop more automation an overall better experience for partners and internal teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to duplicate forms so you can create separate segmented forms for the partner portal is a challenge. There are also challenges in moving some things from Stage to Production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With some of the new tools we are using and learning to use - the biggest is automation. We are a small team in our organization so we're learning to do more without the need of additional headcount. Using workflows to drive automated process around deal registration and partner onboarding. Using Orchestration Studio to get ahead of issues with things like CRM Sync. Impartner has a number of tools to make a partner organization's life easier, it just takes the ability to learn how to use those tools.
Effortless Marketing and Materials Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Impartner PRM easy to use and appreciate that it's straightforward to upload materials. It's also easy for people to download marketing materials. The initial setup was very easy, despite some issues with CRM sync. I especially like it for distributing marketing materials to our customers, including banks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the email tracking and reporting not working as well as I would like. I also encountered some issues with the CRM sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Impartner PRM to distribute marketing materials easily to our customers, including banks, and it's straightforward to upload and for others to download materials.
Best in class PRM: Intuitive, Feature-Rich, and Backed by Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner PRM is extremely intuitive for both administrators and users. It offers a wide range of features, including asset management, MDF, LMS, tiering and comprehensive reporting. All this, combined with excellent support from the Impartner team, makes this solution the Rolls-Royce of PRMs

Nothing to dislike, everything is intuitive and there's plenty support in case it is needed

Effortless Partner Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Impartner PRM to manage relationships with our Reseller, Referral, and Technology partners for onboarding, training, communication, and to give them a tool to track their sales. I love the workflows because they allow us to automate actions such as data updates and email sending, making it easy to manage all phases of partner relationships from onboarding to sales management to certification processes with simple setups. I also find the initial setup was very fast and easy. I want to highlight how helpful the Impartner team has always been, especially Prue James as our CSM. Her deep product knowledge and positive attitude have made a big difference for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sections are 'fixed', and we can’t customize them too much, like the Demand center, or some automatically translated sections for which we need to open a ticket if we want to have them better translated. Also, the Analytics part doesn’t have detailed trainings as other parts do. But these are just smaller things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Impartner PRM to manage partner relationships by onboarding, training, communicating with them, and tracking sales. It automates recurring actions, segments activities, and simplifies managing partner phases with workflows.
Extremely Valuable PRM that is Highly Customizable but Needs Improved User Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I would say the customizability and the sheer scope of features within Impartner PRM are probably my favorite things about it. You can pretty much do anything, as the possibilities are endless. Even if there's not a preconfigured connector within orchestration studio, you can build your own flow and connect it to wherever you need, allowing it to digest and utilize data in a specific way. I also really love the segmentation ability in Impartner. We use that to offer a customized experience on a per-user basis within our portal, which is super awesome because it makes the digital experience feel relevant and special to the partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say Orchestration Studio is quite daunting for those that do not have any kind of experience setting up flows and really any kind of data automation experience. That definitely requires some technical help. I believe that there are updates being made to make it a little more user-friendly without needing a technical resource. It's really the most technical part of Impartner PRM. There's an opportunity for simplification and better user resources to train up users on their own on how to be a master at Orchestration Studio. Everything else is pretty simple. Setting up custom workflows can be daunting and should honestly require better user documentation and training, because otherwise, you rely on an Impartner technical resource. Also, the initial setup was pretty challenging because the product wasn't as mature back then, and we had some project manager issues at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM provides a one-stop shop for managing partner loyalty programs, offers a channel-focused solution for the IT channel, and supports automated tracking and reward issuance. It seamlessly connects and syncs data with multiple proprietary programs.
Centralizes Partner Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to track deal registrations and have visibility into partner activities with Impartner PRM. It centralizes partner management and simplifies deal registrations. I appreciate the way it helps monitor partner submitted deals all in one place and improves transparency on the pipeline and activities. The initial setup was also very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface could be more intuitive. The reporting dashboard could also be more flexible, and navigation between sections could be faster and simpler.

I use Impartner PRM to centralize partner management and track deal registrations easily. It provides visibility into partner activities, helping monitor partner-submitted deals and improving transparency in the pipeline and activities.
Flexible, Scalable PRM with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Impartner PRM. We can do so much with the PRM portal in terms of its capabilities, and there are abundant opportunities for customization. The platform is very scalable, growing with our business needs, and the ongoing support from Impartner is excellent. They even facilitate annual gatherings where we can learn from other companies using the platform, sharing best practices. It's a very user-friendly platform with a strong support network behind it. Also, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the great support from the team at every step, ensuring a smooth transition and continued assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe maybe having more frequent best practices being shared would be key. And I believe, you know, knowing successes frequently about how others have used the platform would be really helpful. We have had annual gatherings in the past whereby we learned from others, but that's once a year. So I think having this more frequently or have a platform where we can learn how others are using it and getting the most out of it would be really useful.

Impartner PRM helps us connect with global partners, providing a professional, flexible, and scalable interface that adapts to local needs as Vodafone grows. Its amazing ongoing support and customization options make it an invaluable platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Impartner PRM because it has an easy-to-use interface and makes managing things simpler with smooth partner onboarding and easy deal registration. I enjoy the workflow automation and reporting features along with the capability for partner performance tracking. Additionally, the initial setup was very smooth, and I appreciate how it simplifies partner onboarding, streamlines deal registration, and provides efficient reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting customization and tool speed in Impartner PRM. I wish there were more flexible report filters and easier report customization for faster insights. Also, the system's performance could be improved during large data loads.

Impartner PRM helps me manage partner dashboards and metrics, streamline deal registration, and track partner performance efficiently in one place. Its easy-to-use interface and smooth partner onboarding enhance management and reporting.
