Fours PRM is one platform for every partnership. It runs deal registration, co-sell, commissions, partner enablement and analytics for VARs, GSIs, resellers, distributors and technology partners. It works inside Salesforce, sits next to your AWS co-sell workflow, and gives partners a portal on your own domain with your brand.
Channel teams don't buy a PRM because they have partners. They buy one because partner revenue is hard to run by hand. Partners email deals in, nobody tells them the status, co-sell and channel deals live in separate tools, and commissions sit in a spreadsheet. Fours PRM brings that work into one platform, next to the cloud co-sell motion your team already runs.
Deal registration. Partners can register deals two ways. They can use a public form on your website, with no account needed, checked by email domain. Or they can log in to your branded portal to submit deals and track pipeline and approval status. Every registration creates or links an opportunity in Salesforce. Sellers accept or reject it from inside Salesforce, and partners get a notification at every step.
Co-sell and outbound opportunity sharing. From any opportunity, a seller picks a partner and shares the deal in one click, with fields filled in from the CRM record. Deals can also be shared automatically once an approval field is set. Channel co-sells and hyperscaler co-sells appear in the same pipeline view. Partner deals can be managed on a Kanban board.
White-label partner portal. The portal runs on your domain, with your logo and colors. Partner emails go out under your sender name. SSO/SAML is supported. The portal can go live in under five days, with no implementation fee.
Partner management. Recruit partners through a sign-up form or through suggested partners based on your co-sell and marketplace history. Manage tiers, agreements and contacts in one profile per partner. Onboarding journeys are assigned automatically when you approve a partner. Includes task management, events, a shared file library, and broadcasts to partner Slack channels.
LMS and enablement. Build courses with modules and quizzes, or upload existing SCORM content. Issue certifications and send re-certification reminders. Completions from Skilljar sync back in. Report on progress by partner organization and by individual.
Commissions. Set commission plans by partner type, with overrides on individual deals. Commissions calculate when a deal closes and support SPIFF/SPF programs. You can track each payout from approval to paid.
Analytics. Dashboards show partner performance, pipeline and leaderboards. Reports separate partner-sourced, partner-influenced and direct revenue, and run from standard Salesforce objects.
Integrations. Salesforce managed package; HubSpot; Slack and email notifications; Gmail and Outlook; REST API; MCP tools.

Works inside Salesforce, priced by partner connection, with unlimited internal users and every feature in every tier
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This platform uses four contract tiers priced by the number of partner connections you manage, where one connection is a single partner organization. Pricing scales with your partner network size rather than per user. Starter covers up to 25 connections, Growth up to 100, and Scale up to 250. Enterprise supports unlimited connections. You pick the tier that matches your current network, then move up as it grows. Billing runs on a contract term through your AWS account, and internal users are not counted toward the connection limit.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as one partner connection for billing?
A connection is one partner organization you manage, such as a reseller, VAR, GSI, or ISV partner. You count distinct partner companies, not individual people. Internal team members and users are not counted, so adding staff does not change which tier you need.
What happens when my partner network grows past my tier's connection limit?
Each tier caps the partner organizations you can manage: Starter at 25, Growth at 100, Scale at 250, and Enterprise unlimited. When your network outgrows a cap, you move to the tier that fits. The vendor says you can adjust plans as your needs change.
Does the number of internal users or deals affect which tier I need?
No. Pricing scales with the number of partner organizations you manage, not headcount or deal volume. Internal users are included without counting toward the connection limit. So the size of your partner network, not your team or pipeline size, determines your tier.
