Overview
YourPartnerOS gives the people who run partnerships at IT services firms one workspace for every ISV Partner they implement: the program and tier, certified people, joint offerings, the deals each partner sourced or influenced, deal registrations and their expiry dates, MDF requests and claims, events, and every partner meeting with its actions.
Its agents remove most of the typing. Autopilot reads email headers and calendars to draft partners, contacts and meetings. The Clerk reads partner-portal emails, the Scribe turns meeting transcripts (Zoom, Fireflies, Fathom, Otter) into notes and actions, and the Concierge answers questions about your pipeline. Everything an agent drafts waits for your approval.
Each morning brings a brief of partner, competitor and client news, a list of what needs you today, and a health read for every partner. Co-sell with AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud runs from the deal page. AWS Marketplace plans include the AI, so there are no model keys to set up.
How pricing works: Starter covers one workspace for up to 3 people. Growth is priced per user, for teams of up to 10. Enterprise is sold in packs of 5 users that include 1 admin, and you can add extra users and extra admins to a pack. For example, 8 users including 2 admins is 1 Enterprise pack, 2 extra users and 1 extra admin. 12-month contracts cost 15% less than paying monthly.

Pricing

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Admins connect apps, set up roles and partner scopes, and are the only people who can delete records. Regular users work in the areas and partners their role allows. The Enterprise pack includes 1 admin, and you add extra users or extra admins separately.
Each licence with AI included carries a monthly AI allowance sized above typical daily use. If your team regularly goes beyond it, the vendor talks to you first. Extra use is priced at cost plus a fixed margin, never applied by surprise.
You start with one Enterprise pack of 5 users including 1 admin. Each extra user adds one more non-admin seat; each extra admin adds one more admin seat. Both add-ons require an existing Enterprise pack, so they bill on top of the base pack, not alone.

Vendor refund policy
Contracts are paid in advance for the term you choose (monthly or 12 months) and renew automatically. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time in your AWS account and keep access until the end of the term you paid for. We don't refund partial terms, except where the law requires it.
