This subscription uses two usage-based dimensions that work together. You pay a recurring monthly platform subscription fee to access the marketplace automation platform. This fee covers listing, offers, billing, metering, and co-sell workflows across cloud marketplaces. The second dimension charges per accepted private offer, but only after your fifth accepted net new private offer. Your first five accepted private offers carry no per-offer charge. Beyond that count, each additional accepted offer adds a per-unit cost. So your total scales with both your monthly subscription and your private offer volume above the included five.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one accepted private offer for the per-offer charge?
A private offer is a custom-priced deal you send to a specific buyer with negotiated terms. It counts once the buyer accepts it. Only net new accepted offers count toward your total. Your first five accepted offers are included at no per-offer charge.
How do the two charges combine on my bill?
Both charges apply on the same invoice and add together. The monthly subscription fee recurs regardless of activity. The per-offer charge applies only for accepted net new private offers beyond your fifth. If you accept five or fewer offers, you pay only the subscription fee.
Does the per-offer charge kick in automatically once I pass five accepted offers?
Yes. Your first five accepted net new private offers carry no per-offer charge. Once you accept a sixth, each additional accepted offer adds a per-unit cost automatically. The charge applies only to offers beyond the included five, not to all offers retroactively.
