Very straightforward tool with decent customization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy to use platform that doesn't require code or any advanced technical skills. Workflows and approval processes that are fairly easy to build and manage allow you to automate and track business processes related to your partners. The ability to create custom objects and easy sync with several CRM's is great. Support is fantastic and very responsive although they do charge for some things that, in my oninion, should be included with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some clunky features that are better in competitive products. Reporting, for example, is terrible. It is not intuitive at all and extremely complicated. They just rolled out a BI-type analytics tool that looks good but costs extra while basic reporting is, in my opinion, unusable. It's easier to export data or bring it into an different system of record to get at what you need. There is also not the same level of customization that is available in other platforms but it might be totally fine for some partners who don't require that level of customization.
It would be nice if they also included field-level security/access that was more than just member/anonymous/admin. I have some admins that SHOULD NOT be able to change some things but I can't get to that level of granularity. Then again, adding features like that risks usability and compromises simplicity.

Allows us to streamline partner-related business processes and build value for our partners.
Easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to maintain and update. Configurable dashboard provides relevant information to partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
No control over when or which new features will be rolled out.

Provides content and partner support services like lead registration that shines in our partners eyes. We appear and are a more professional partner organization because we use Impartner.

The support is the best in the industry and the interface is superb.

Auto-renewal contracts with 90 day notice.

Impartner’s PRM tool and their customer service is top-notch.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and scale across different partner profiles and user types, allowing us to move resources and tools from multiple platforms into one master platform - our Partner Portal.

I'd like more discussion with other Impartner clients about not only PRM best practices, but partner and channel program best practices.

What I appreciate most about Impartner PRM is its comprehensive suite of features tailored specifically for partner relationship management. Nothing I can think of now right now but using for 2 years, shaken the tree it looks to solve many needs with more to look at in the future

Lots of bells and whistles but it comes with a cost

They offer just about every function you will need in a PRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better "out of the box" solution for my needs. Each feature I need is a significant added cost that I don't have the budget for. There is also a lot of customization required, making it difficult and time consuming to fully implement.

It gives us a central platform for our partners to access content, register deals, and get news and updates.
Why Not Impartner PRM
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I am a super user and it's ease of use and the support of the team to get us to the exact spot we need. Also the product team really does take the feedback to continually enhance the experience of not only its cutomers but partner users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more flexibility in the backend but overall the PRM really has sufficed our needs.

Automation and an all inclusive partner platform for partners via SSO. A one stop shop for all partners.
