Helpful Customer Success Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The support we get from the team is great, always available to answer questions we have or assist us in finding ways to achieve our goals. Our Customer Manager, Justin, is super helpful and responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool is a bit complicated. But with the help of the support team, I am always able to work through any problem I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partners love having a one-stop-shop for all of our program resources. All of our collateral, upcoming pieces of training, maps, etc. all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
- The support we got from the team was great, always available to help us and find workarounds for our specificities when working on deploying the project.
- Great native integration with SFDC that was critical for us and possibility to implement SSO to connect with our other partner portal.
- The modules and features are great to work with and also great for users.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Personalization capabilities are limited, there could be more autonomy given to make design changes.
- Performances could be improved, especially when, like in our case, there's an SSO implemented.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We already use our portal solution to communicate with partners. With Impartner, we're making it easier for them to work with us: to submit and follow opportunities, to request MDF for their marketing activities, to find all the available resources they can browse through and use, and to get certified and up their skills in our product.
Great Support from Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough about their support team and the convenience of out-of-the-box and plug and play features pair greatly with the versatility to create custom coded segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer user of the program, I don't have much to say here. No complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're primarily utilizing it as an co-branding asset resource, marketing training, and update center. However, we plan to expand its capabiliites.

We inherited a very complicated live portal that desperately needed a facelift and update. Justin was great and answering our questions in time to meet our relaunch date and objectives,

The software is not especially intuitive for a "non-technical" resource.

The ability for partners to self-serve is excellent.

The page load times have been a bit longer than we'd like, but the customer service team is working to address this to improve the partner experience.

Impartner works well for storing parnter-related resources. In addition, it helps systematize our partner operations.

Impartner is a great product to consider to help support Partner Management.
Solid Platform with a lot of potential

Features are not intuitive to find and/or navigate.

Impartner PRM creates a channel for our partner organizations to connect with our brand through marketing and sales material.
Hands down best SFDC integration
What do you like best about the product?
CRM should be your single source of truth, not your PRM. Information in CRM must be accurate. Impartner provides the very best integration to SFDC outside of using SFDC Communities for your partner portal. Real time updates with a bidirectional sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to impartner is there lack of resources to help clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRM is the easiest way to engage with partners and give them a guided experiace without having to actually hold their hand through the process of onboarding, training, marketing, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leveraging a consulting service when selecting a solution and implementing is the best way to execute. Lots of frustration if you dont have people who know what they are doing helping you out.
