What do you like best about the product?
I like Qualified's intuitive and easy-to-use UI, along with its very nice analytics and visuals. The new AI features streamline the chat experiences and make managing the chat backend more efficient while delivering the best messaging. Qualified integrates with other players smoothly, like 6sense, and I love the great signals and live intent it provides. Our Qualified dedicated account success resources are excellent, very hands-on, and genuinely care, which made the setup smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not easily show the journey dropoff flow for each CTA in the experiences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to engage website visitors in real time, solving delayed or misrouted leads. It ensures the right visitors see the right messaging, improving clarity about our offering.
Dynamic, Scalable Personalization That Makes Sales and Marketing More Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Qualified's AI email tool. Qualified has enabled us to better engage our inbound leads through dynamic personalization, while also making our sales organization more efficient. Rather than having many different email sequences that take time and effort for a rep to personalize, Qualified enables us to develop more personalized outreach based on a lead's behavior and attributes at scale. Qualified also helps our teams be much more efficient and productive. Sales spends less time on manual work, while Marketing can focus on developing email guidance (prompts) vs strict copy.
Lastly, Qualified's team is great. Our Solution Architect, Jennifer, is very supportive, always willing to troubleshoot, and helps us build a more robust strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is some lack of flexibility on the product side. While we want to invest in an AI based strategy, we still want a certain level of control or input into what is generated. Recent updates on the product side have left us with less control on email output - not a massive issue as the changes personalize emails based on lead attributes/behavior, but it means we've had to figure out workarounds to get the output we want consistently.

Qualified lets us have faster and more personalized engagement with inbound leads, while saving time and effort across Sales and Marketing teams.
Intuitive AI-Powered Tracking with Overwhelming Data Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and how intuitive Qualified is, which makes our lives easier and provides us with more sales data. I find it particularly useful for bookings, AI-generated follow-ups, and tracking people on our website. The data analytics behind who is coming to our site is a big plus, along with the AI agent that helps with following up and conversations. From what I can tell, the initial setup was easy, and overall it's a tool that offers a lot of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think personally knowing how to take all the data and easily make it actionable on what my sdr team should be looking at. Sometimes the data is so overwhelming you don’t know where to focus. Specifically you get so many website visits, which ones should I be prioritizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for bookings, AI-generated follow-ups, and tracking website visitors. It provides detailed data analytics and follow-ups without manual effort, making it intuitive and easing our workload while giving us more sales data.
Easy-to-Use UI for Booking Meetings, but Ownership Changes and Limited Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is a easy to use UI instead of booking meetings with google calendar, can see all the metings you booked in one place

Changing ownership, cant see the person youre booking with and their calendars only time slots, cant override some meetings

Comprehensive and Flexible Solution with Great Learning Resources
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Qualified for how flexible and comprehensive it is as a solution. It offers a wide range of features that cater to different needs, which makes it a versatile tool for our team. Qualified University has also been an excellent resource, especially when we’re setting up offers, with clear step-by-step guides that keep the process straightforward. I also appreciate being able to hear from other clients in the Qualified Community about how they’re using the tool, along with the questions or issues they’re running into.
Also, a shout-out to our rep, Jen Schneider, who has been great and incredibly helpful with implementing the tool and training us so we could get up and running.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations around A/B testing within the tool. It would be great if there was more flexibility for A/B testing CTA language within the offers feature or the chatbot. Within the offers feature we're unable to A/B test different creative or CTA language as in other CRO tools like Optimizely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to capture leads in real-time with AI SDRs, automate meeting scheduling, and promote content across our website. It reduces user friction by capturing data immediately without redirecting to another form.

Feature-Rich and Easy to Use—Qualified University Makes It Even Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it provides so many different features and capabilities. It is easy to use and the Qualified University helps with this as well. I like it helps engage website visitors in real time. The routing and notifications actually make follow-up faster and more organized. Since meeting Jennifer Schneider has also been a huge help in understanding the platform and navigating all of the features especially as someone who hasn't used the platform before. It's clear that Qualified cares about their clients based on how the customer success is involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The other side of it is that Qualified does have a lot of features and it is a bit of a learning curve to master all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of leads falling through the cracks by surfacing and routing website visitors in real time. This benefits us because we get better visibility into intent, faster follow-up, and cleaner handoffs to sales instead of chasing down activity after the fact.
Streamlined Engagement with a Few UI Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Qualified's AI SDR function because it helps answer low-hanging fruit questions from site visitors, saving us the time it usually takes to respond to form fills. The goals and offers piece is also a great way to promote priority content. The initial setup was great too, with the implementation architect doing an awesome job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI a bit clunky, especially around the AI studio. Trying to review chats and answers via the scorecard while also trying to build out snippets involves too many windows and clicks.

I use Qualified for pipeline generation and faster speed to lead. It solves website navigation and better engagement problems, and the AI SDR function answers site visitor questions quickly.
Great CRM Integrations and Standout Support from Our Success Architect
What do you like best about the product?
The support is truly outstanding. Having an actual human account manager answer our questions and give suggestions for success is one of the top reasons we use Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I can think of since my last update. I think their team is very receptive to feedback and makes updates based on users' needs promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified's chatbots and AI SDRs to help our Sales team clear out the "noise" that often slows them down. It's great to have a tool that allows us to qualify these leads before sending them to our account executives to work. We feel confident that we are routing leads that are ready to talk and are well-versed on our products. The support we receive from our account manager, Elle, is sublime. She is a product expert whose help is unmatched!
