    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how easy Qualified is to use. The customer success team, especially Neil Feeney, is fantastic and really helps us a lot, making everything much easier. It's really transformed our capability to get meetings for the business, and there's no time wasted chasing leads as calendars are automatically connected to the AEs calendars.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing - it's an amazing tool.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Qualified to capture demos and push visitors to book meetings without chasing them, as it integrates calendars and automates email follow-ups, getting us meetings easily and removing the back-and-forth.

    I absolutely value Qualified for its outstanding conversational AI, which not only offers high-quality interactions but is also incredibly easy to train, enabling us to extract value from the product at a rapid pace. The platform has successfully shown a substantial return on investment potential right from the initial sales demo, which is critical for any business pursuing aggressive growth. Additionally, using Qualified, we have managed to convert more Marketing Qualified Leads into meetings with far more effectiveness compared to hiring more Business Development Representatives or Account Executives. The initial setup of Qualified was notably smooth due to excellent guidance, comprehensive documentation, and efficient execution, coupled with reassuring testing functionalities that ensured a seamless implementation process. Furthermore, I appreciate how Qualified has seamlessly replaced and enhanced functionalities previously handled by Chili Piper, not only as a meeting booking and routing solution but in addressing additional challenges, all while integrating well with existing tools like Pardot, Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.

    Some of the behind-the-scenes workflows could be simplified over time and capabilities could be added to further customize Qualified to our specific use cases.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really appreciate how Qualified provides detailed information about the people who visit our site, including who they are and what they're looking for. This feature is incredibly valuable as it allows us to transform site traffic and engagement into actionable follow-ups and results that convert into our sales pipeline. Additionally, the AI email campaigns and the ability for our inbound team to book meetings with individuals requesting demos are highly effective in driving engagement and conversions. I also find the overall process of implementing and leveraging Qualified smooth, thanks in large part to the supportive guidance from our specialist, Lily, who has been instrumental in teaching us how to utilize the platform effectively.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the user interface could be improved to allow smoother navigation on the platform. Additionally, there's a need for integration with Microsoft Teams, which is currently lacking.
