Streamlined Sales Qualification with Phenomenal Support

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we were able to personalize Qualified and align the look, feel, and copy tone with our brand standards. Our success architect, Mike Witt, was/is phenomenal. He made the implementation easy despite our complex sales routing structure and numerous voices wanting input. Mike was patient, listened to all perspectives, and provided solutions that met our needs, even for challenging requests. He's also great at guiding us to fully leverage Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified reduces manual follow-ups by freeing our SDRs for strategic conversations and increases speed to lead.

Smooth Implementation & Excellent Onboarding Support

What do you like best about the product?
We just launched Qualified today, so this review is primarily from an implementation and onboarding perspective.

Overall, the implementation process was very smooth. A big part of the successful rollout was the support from our Success Architect, Nick Kerlin. Nick was extremely responsive throughout the implementation process and provided clear guidance on configuration, best practices, and how to structure conversation flows. Having someone who understands both the technical setup and the go-to-market strategy behind conversational marketing made the process much easier for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Qualified is a powerful platform with a lot of flexibility, there is naturally a bit of a learning curve when first getting familiar with the interface, conversation flows, and routing logic. That’s not unique to Qualified - it's typical with any sophisticated tool that integrates deeply with systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

That said, the onboarding support from Nick made the process much easier. Nick walked us through the setup step by step, shared best practices, and helped simplify what could have otherwise been a very technical implementation. His guidance significantly reduced the ramp-up time for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our aim with Qualified is to better engage high-intent website visitors, improve the overall user experience on our website, and increase conversions while improving speed-to-lead for prospects exploring our solutions. By handling initial engagement, answering common questions, and qualifying visitors automatically, Qualified will help guide visitors to what they’re looking for - whether that’s customer support, product information, or booking a meeting with our team.

We also see it as a way to educate users as they navigate our website and ensure they can quickly find the right path without friction. At the same time, it will help our SDR team operate more efficiently by automating the initial qualification process and routing conversations appropriately, allowing SDRs to spend more time on higher-value conversations with prospects who are already engaged and showing intent.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Qualified for its efficiency and the immediate ROI it provides for our business. I also enjoy working with our amazing CSM, Dominic Fish. The automation features, particularly the meeting booker function and EDI's auto sequencing, are leading the way for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main area I feel like there could be room for improvement is a call feature. Right now, we're still having to exit the tool to use a different engagement platform in order to execute call tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified speeds up lead responses faster than any human, generating detailed industry-specific emails.

Simple, Brand-Trained AI SDR That Qualifies Leads and Unifies Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity. I can train the AI on exactly how to speak about our brand, how to contextualize conversations to different GTMs, and how to qualify leads. It's integration with Salesforce allows us to further identify specific leads and contextualize their website experience. No longer does a website visitor need to search through our site, instead our AI SDR is a concierge. Its extended capabilities unifies campaigns by allowing us to target named accounts, alert named sellers/BDRs, and trigger AI emails to nurture those in our buying cycles.

Additionally, our CSM Domenic is so helpful. Like many mid-market growth companies, we have frequent positioning change, attribution problems, and other operational challenges. He is great at listening to our problems and ideas, and then using his understanding of Qualified to help build solutions that help us drive outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite the investment, but has proven ROI within the first 6 months of launch. There are minor UI challenges and learning curves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualifying leads, identifying accounts on the website in real-time, personalizing the conversation to each lead, and driving website MQLs/SALs.
Providing an AI concierge for guiding users through the website and highlighting what matters the most to each visitor.

Streamlined Lead Qualification with Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Qualified makes some of the use cases user-friendly with its intuitive interface, which means I don't have to manage a bunch of prompt libraries. I also appreciate that it lets us score answers and potential answers and A/B test examples pretty efficiently instead of having to test it in production or on a live site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that we have to retrain the model so often every time we make some updates to our positioning or branding. So that can be tedious and time-consuming. I think the workflows are also tedious to set up and maintain, although the Qualified implementation team has been really helpful in doing a lot of that work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our potential customers quickly learn about our product and how it can support them. It prequalifies leads before letting them book demos with our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is agile, allowing us to rapidly deploy our AI SDR, iterate on chat flows in real-time, and seamlessly integrate with Salesforce to capture demand 24/7.

Beyond the technology, our Customer Success Manager has been the absolute standout feature of our experience. They operate as a true strategic partner rather than just a traditional support contact. During our AI rollout, our CSM brought technical expertise to the table. Having a CSM who deeply understands both the platform's architecture and our specific GTM strategy has been invaluable to our fast time-to-value.
What do you dislike about the product?
While their AI is incredibly strong on the front end for prospect engagement, the backend currently lacks AI-powered analytics for team managers. Right now, reviewing chat logs, summarizing conversational performance, and identifying areas for playbook optimization is still a very manual process. It would be a huge value-add if Qualified introduced AI features to automatically summarize chat outcomes, highlight friction points, and proactively suggest improvements to our routing logic and conversational flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By deploying our AI SDR, we have fully automated top-of-funnel qualification. The bot proactively engages visitors based on their site navigation, asks the right qualifying questions, and books meetings directly onto our reps' calendars 24/7. The biggest benefit has been a massive reduction in friction for our buyers, leading to immediate after-hours MQLs, faster pipeline generation, and directly attributable closed-won revenue. It has also leveled the playing field for our sales floor by ensuring equitable, automated lead routing for the entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Qualified is the first touch point whenever someone visits our site, tracking and reporting metrics right away. It assists our Inbound team by catching visitors they can't, thanks to Qualified AISDR's ability to help many visitors at once. I find it really impressive that it documents every interaction in a reportable way, instantly saving us time on data entry and reducing human error. The AISDR's ability to recall previous topics provides a personalized and cohesive experience for users. Additionally, I like the company's genuine and bright staff who provide excellent communication, support, and guidance. The integration capability, UI, and services they offer consistently excel. I appreciate how customizable the AI is, and I get dashboards and reports on all interactions. The AI's email campaigns and signal information ensure I have all available information on a visitor. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send reporting to people who don't actively use Qualified. It would be nice to have a lesser permissions set for people that consent to receiving reports, where Qualified has their info and consent but they don't have to fully connect. Or the ability for a monthly export to an excel or Google Doc for company reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified documents interactions instantly, reducing data entry errors and saving time. It assists our Inbound team by handling multiple visitors, customizing AI levels, offering detailed dashboards, and ensuring personalized user experiences. The integration capability is top-notch, providing comprehensive visitor info.

Extraordinary Customer Success and Powerful AI—Highly Recommend Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
The software is great. That said, the best thing about Qualified is their Customer Success team. Our CSM has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her support over the past year using Qualified has helped us get the most out of it. From the prospect experience on our site, to lead routing, and the AI capabilities, I cannot recommend Qualified enough to any team.

In terms of the tool itself, it's easy to use. Qualified emphasizes a lot of support during your initial implementation. The AI capabilities of the tool continue to be iterated and advanced.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say anything here. If I had to nitpick, I would like for the tool to better identify current customers who are visiting our site. This may be an impossible feat, knowing a lot of customers who visit our site do not have pre-existing contact records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed our lead routing to flourish. We brought on Qualified to emphasize our speed to prospecting leads who visit our site. It does this and then some, delivering the right leads to the right members of our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I really find Piper's features outstanding and they have improved significantly from when I last used Qualified about 2-3 years ago. The AI email campaigns are amazing and save a lot of time with follow-ups. The Qualified team is also incredible to work with. Their intent signals are great resources for gauging which target accounts are engaging with our site and materials. Additionally, AI emails ensure that leads who engage with chat or various website aspects don't fall through the cracks. With many freemium web visitors, setting up auto campaigns and reducing noise in the sales team's inboxes is very helpful. The initial setup was very smooth with Mike Witt's assistance. He is the best success architects I've worked with, responding extremely fast and being very knowledgeable about everything related to Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility for human input into the AI-generated responses, like emails or snippets. When training the AI agent with snippets, it's a clunky workflow. I have to mark the answer as wrong, create the snippet, delete the question, and re-add the question to confirm the snippet is accurate. Also, the responses aren’t always completely wrong; sometimes it just provides the wrong page link. So would be great to just be able to edit the link without creating a new snippet. And would be very helpful if we could see the updated snippet after it's been edited - can create confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides 24/7 global live chat coverage, eliminating the need for an inbound SDR team. AI email campaigns ensure no leads fall through the cracks and save time on follow-ups, crucial for handling freemium web visitors without flooding sales inboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Matthew Baughman during our implementation has been a standout experience. From the start, he came prepared, communicated clearly, and kept our team informed at every stage of the process. He took the time to understand our specific workflows and made sure the solution was configured in a way that actually worked for us. not just a generic setup.
