Superb Onboarding and Quick Setup with Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with the Qualified team. Josh from Qualified has been outstanding as our QSA. Their support team is fantastic, and they helped get us onboarded within six weeks, matching our quick pace and readiness to go. Once we integrated our tech stack, everything was ready to go immediately. I find the setup very easy; as soon as we were given access, I had everything connected within minutes. We liked Qualified's ability to use AI, which has been great for better marketing and booking meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few things that I think Qualified could be better with. It's just the email part of it or enrolling people into campaigns or having them better integrated with list building from tools like HubSpot or Demandbase. You have to do most of it via Salesforce or via Qualified itself. There should be a better way of interacting with the tools we have. It has some level of integration, but it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified books more meetings for SDRs, improves lead follow-up speed and precision, and increases interactions with website visitors to schedule meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Qualified is to work with and set up. I enjoy how seamlessly the platform integrates and simplifies campaign creation, which was surprisingly straightforward. Working with the Qualified team has been a good experience, and Josh, our Success Architect, has made a significant impact with his responsiveness and expertise. His support in optimizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and helping think through new use cases has been crucial. Additionally, the platform has been instrumental in increasing inbound meeting conversion, improving speed to lead, and enhancing our account-based marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, but our biggest concern is validating if Qualified is actually helping or if we would have still booked the meetings regardless of using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to increase inbound meeting conversions, streamline meeting bookings, and improve speed to lead for inquiries. It helps us identify high-intent website visitors and supports account-based marketing with personalized website experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main objectives of my org in getting Qualified was to increase the speed to lead. With Qualified, we cut down the time of our field team getting in front of inbound requests with the meeting booker functionality. We are able to track the ROI with Qualified clearly in our Salesforce reports and dashboards.
The chatbot is great for providing custom chat experiences based off of what someone is chatting about and also the segment that chatter falls in, as well. I appreciate being able to train the AI not only on our website, but on offline content as well in order to pad the AI with as much knowledge as possible.
Their AI email feature is something my team is now using in year 2 of Qualified and find it especially useful as a part of our events motion, both from a pre- and post- event strategy.
Lauren was my QSA from onboarding onwards for a year and a half and was instrumental in setting my team up for success!

What do you like best about the product?
The UX has been designed brilliantly with user journey in mind. Very intuitive and easy to navigate (even with the upgrades)
Its integration with Salesforce is comprehensive
Piper X is a great upgrade with much easier usability
Whilst we are still early in our rollout of Piper X, we have seen great conversations which have been accurate and smooth for the visitor.
ROI whilst still early, we have seen deals created.
Support has been on point throughout the whole process with Luben, Lauren and the support desk.
Performance whilst still early is very promising and where we see we need improvements, they are easy to make.
The AI brain has come in leaps and bounds in the 1 year i have been using.

Sometimes less is more. Over complication can often hinder a users journey but this is a minor and very rare occurence

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Qualified for its chat and email functionality. The customer support and success team has been amazing, especially Rhoda, who is my success architect and has been extremely helpful in launching campaigns and building workflows. The initial setup after upgrading was very easy, with Rhoda and the team being quick to answer any questions and readily available for calls to ensure we felt confident using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More settings around email, such as time of day to send, restricting number of contacts sent within an account, and adding AI guidance for follow-up emails separate from the initial campaign guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified handles personalized follow-up at scale and creates a more personalized web visit experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Qualified for its ability to act as an always-on advisor and assistant to prospects visiting our website. The education and behavior customization of the bot is impressive, and it’s not just limited to web chat. The bot has a bunch of other automated activities that can be turned on and integrated. I appreciate the ability to adjust and optimize on the fly so quickly, and the use of a wide array of resources to customize the bot to exactly what we want, including brand, voice, documents, and offers. It's essentially like having an extremely knowledgeable employee. The Qualified team was also phenomenal in their assistance, helping us a lot through the setup process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a level of complexity to Qualified that causes some initial friction on setup. We have a lot of rules and workflow considerations when automating Qualified data flows to our automation and CRM platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides an always-on advisor for website visitors, aiding in education and booking meetings. Its customizable features allow us to align it with our brand and optimize quickly, helping facilitate prospect meetings and streamlining website conversations.

Qualified’s Concierge service has been a solid experience. The team is responsive and knowledgeable, and they seem genuinely invested in helping you get started on the platform.

I haven’t spent enough time on the platform yet to give a clear opinion.

We’re using AI for online chat at the moment, with plans to add the email AI SDR in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives you and always on SDR that can answer the questions of people coming to our website, and also pushing them towards creating a meeting with one of our live sales people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified can have a rather difficult user experience, but fortunately we have a fantastic, Success Architect, Robin Magyar, that guides us through everything. And when need be, she'll take the lead and create what we want. And that includes doing it live with us or on her own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an always on SDR, it's ability to set meetings for qualified leads coming to our site. Also does a great job answering questions for people that want to register for our yearly customer/prospect event.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use from an operations standpoint and how customizable Qualified has been. The AI chat functionality was unlike our previous chat provider and has increased engagement by answering questions according to our branding and best practices. Another thing we have loved so far has been the support from the Qualified Implementation and Solution Architect team. They have been with us from day 1, consistently supporting us and ensuring we get the best use of the tool. The implementation process was pretty easy, with the team ensuring we met a tight installation date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to extract specifics from Conversations in reporting. To analyze deeper by key words and topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us qualify high-intent leads, convert them faster, and support new prospects. I love the customizable AI chat that boosts engagement and how the Qualified team ensures we get the best use of the tool.
