What do you like best about the product?
Qualified made everything from educating our Piper to workflow setup very easy. We were able to launch quickly and see results the same day. What has really been the best part is the support we have gotten from Rob. He truly feels like the extension of our own team. He understands our business, helps make recommendations to improve performance, and is always very detail-orientated and prompt for the many questions I had during implementation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The platform certainly has a learning curve, but with the support articles and the help of a great rep-it gets easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us identify high intent leads on our site faster and get them into the hands of our sellers quicker than ever before.

What do you like best about the product?
We updated our lead processes at the beginning of 2026, and the Qualified AI SDR (Piper) has been a crucial aspect of our new process. We've been able to convert web leads at a much higher rate without receiving as many "junk" leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative feedback at the moment. We've been able to resolve any issues with the help of our Qualified rep (Rob Kubovic).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous lead processes were not very standardized or streamlined. Qualified has helped us clean up our processes while also enabling the sales reps to perform to the best of their ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and flexibility of Qualified. It's great that it can adapt to our business processes and makes it easy to onboard new users. The availability of training materials is really helpful. Our Success Architect, James, has been super helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist. Another thing I appreciate is the seamless interaction it provides for prospects using AI, enabling them to get information about our products and book meetings with sales easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the out-of-the-box integration with Eloqua was not working easily as other vendors have done in the past, so it required some initial work-arounds to function as our business requires. That said, James was instrumental in the initial configuration and we now have it fully working as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Drift is being sunset, we needed a reliable replacement. Seeing how it was able to crawl our website to give prospects an easy interactive Q&A experience while ensuring it keeps to our company brand standards will help us with inbound lead flow. Once configured, we have been able to replicate many of our existing business processes to ensure a seamless transition, meeting our data hygiene standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made many improvements over the year we've been using the tool including a better AI SDR interface, more flexibility with workflows and chatbot intelligence, as well as they've been very in-depth with support when we were having attribution issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows and experiences can become overwhelming and hard to diagnose where something may be breaking down. It would also be helpful to have some sort of internal audit log to review when data was passed/stamped back and forth between systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us accelerate leads to a meeting calendar, as well as identify intent signals from uncovered leads and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Qualified is easy to deploy. The service team and qualified architect were really helpful to us during the implementation. The whole setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing for now and we will share shortly as we have started using the tool from last month

I find Qualified effective for converting visitors into prospects via the chatbot, which helps in lead generation and answers customer service questions.

Building out workflows can feel a bit tedious at times, but I think that’s more a reflection of how complex our industry is than a problem with the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking meetings after normal SDR hours and actively following up with abandoned meeting bookers.

When new product features come out, the only way to keep up to date is visit a blog. We typically aren’t told otherwise.

Visitors to the website get immediate answers to questions and creating additional leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is amazing and incredibly powerful, and so far we’ve only scratched the surface of what it can do. The support has been just as great; shout-out to Matthew for being incredible throughout our implementation and beyond, as we continue to tweak and refine the best way to integrate the platform with our existing CRMs and other systems.
Piper is awesome and we include a version of her (Oscar the trash grouch) on our site that improves the user experience while driving more opportunities for us.

Superb Onboarding and Quick Setup with Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with the Qualified team. Josh from Qualified has been outstanding as our QSA. Their support team is fantastic, and they helped get us onboarded within six weeks, matching our quick pace and readiness to go. Once we integrated our tech stack, everything was ready to go immediately. I find the setup very easy; as soon as we were given access, I had everything connected within minutes. We liked Qualified's ability to use AI, which has been great for better marketing and booking meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few things that I think Qualified could be better with. It's just the email part of it or enrolling people into campaigns or having them better integrated with list building from tools like HubSpot or Demandbase. You have to do most of it via Salesforce or via Qualified itself. There should be a better way of interacting with the tools we have. It has some level of integration, but it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified books more meetings for SDRs, improves lead follow-up speed and precision, and increases interactions with website visitors to schedule meetings.
