What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Qualified is, as it allows us to curate conversations to top accounts we are targeting and block certain users we don't want to engage with. The integration with many other platforms helps bring value to other areas of our business seamlessly. The customizable features align with our business strategy and rules, reducing the need for human intervention in certain tasks. We can set up rules and experiences to provide web visitors with a personalized experience that caters to them and keeps our SDRs focused on the highest value prospects. Also, having our Lead QSA Jennifer, who is extremely and genuinely dedicated to our success, has been invaluable to our success with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always challenges around correctly identifying the IP address or location of the person chatting with us. If a person is using a VPN or depending on their internet provider, the location displayed on Qualified may not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to generate pipeline on our website by allowing prospects to chat with our SDRs. It helps customers access sales quickly and start sales cycles instantly. Customizable features align with our strategy, personalizing visitor experiences, and integrations bring value seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer-centric mentality. Every rep we’ve worked with has been fantastic and genuinely has our best interests at heart. And the AI SDR has been a game changer—we’re seeing a lot more chats and higher conversions because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We are big advocates of Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has made a noticeable difference in the quality of our leads. Before we started using Qualified, we received many unqualified leads. However, since implementing their chatbot and AI SDR, we can now qualify leads more effectively before they reach our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I found Qualified to be the most advanced AI chatbot tool we evaluated, offering the ability to tailor the AI and provide feedback. I like that I can give it a thumbs up or thumbs down to improve the AI agent and make it better understand our company. The good integrations with our systems, especially visibility into Salesforce for our sales team, stand out. The ability to customize and control the AI, having a human-in-the-loop approach, is really essential to producing good results. Qualified also provides great support during setup, with their success architect helping us set things up, which I've appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely see limitations when it comes to the workflows experience in Qualified. If you're trying to build out multiple email experiences and want them to trigger different workflows like adding them to a Salesforce campaign or updating a Salesforce campaign status, you have to create individual workflows for each experience or create a bunch of different branches. So it's just not a very scalable process, which is unfortunate if you're trying to build out a bunch of different email experiences all at once. It'd be great if you could attach a Salesforce campaign to a specific email experience and have it automatically update the status on that specific Salesforce campaign instead of having to create multiple workflows or branches to achieve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to enhance our chat with detailed, personalized responses, making interactions more impactful. It integrates with Salesforce, providing visibility to our sales team and allows AI customization with feedback, ensuring better control and results.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes it easy to engage with our customers in real time. The AI SDR does a great job of providing relevant content and I like that it can track our Salesforce information when routing to reps as well. Our SA, Jennifer, is amazing and always willing to help us optimize and improve our usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I would say I dislike - I am sure there are futures that we are not using to our fullest just yet, but Jennifer is helping us to remedy that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead and diversion of non-qualified prospects on the website. The AI SDR has been able to run a support intercept that has caught quite a few people who needed support rather than being routed to sales!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is incredibly easy to use and intuitive, which made onboarding and day-to-day adoption seamless for our team. The support from their team has been amazing. Our QSA, Brittany Fertig, is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. Most importantly, the results have been highly impactful, helping us engage website visitors more effectively and drive meaningful pipeline. The AI SDR and email capabilities has further amplified our efforts, allowing us to scale personalized outreach and capture more high-intent opportunities with minimal lift from our team. I also appreciate how Qualified is continually expanding features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the more advanced features, such as configuring and optimizing the AI SDR, can feel complex at times given the flexibility and depth of the platform. That said, the value is clear, and the Qualified team is very helpful in guiding best practices and continually improving the product, making it a great overall experience to implement and see meaningful impact.

It enables us to identify and engage high-intent visitors in real time, then seamlessly extend that engagement through personalized, AI SDR–powered email follow-up. What do you like best about the product?
I leverage Qualified to accelerate meeting bookings and build pipeline with its AI SDR. I love the customization and data intelligence it offers, which integrates with our existing marketing stack seamlessly. The platform provides clear data visibility and robust segmentation, allowing me to train the AI SDR to deliver tailored web experiences that boost conversion rates. The setup, although intricate for complex endeavors, is made easier by the outstanding support from our success architect, Rob Kubovic, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sourcing data to the AI model is somewhat limited and could be improved with more customization options. The setup is fairly easy with the basics, but becomes very intricate when building complex and tailored experiences.

We use Qualified to speed up meeting bookings and enhance pipeline. It provides interactive and assistive conversion points on our website, and helps customize web experiences to increase conversion likelihood. Integration with our marketing stack and data intelligence are standout features.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a great experience using Qualified, particularly their AI SDR (Rory), and the impact has been tangible. Since implementing Piper/Rory, we’ve seen a 54.1% meeting-offered-to-booked rate and a 31.7% lead-emailed-to-meeting-booked rate, which is a meaningful lift in how efficiently we convert inbound demand. One of the biggest benefits has been 24/7 coverage. Rory is always available to engage, qualify, and answer questions intelligently, which ensures we’re not missing opportunities outside business hours. The qualification logic and Q&A feel thoughtful and aligned with how a strong SDR would actually operate. Beyond the product itself, our CSM, Lily, has been fantastic to work with - responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. She’s helped us think strategically about how to apply the tool, not just how to turn it on. Overall, Qualified has evolved from a website chat tool into a reliable pipeline contributor for our go-to-market motion, and we’re excited about where it continues to go.

The platform is strongest when data and routing are well-defined; without that foundation, it can take time to fully realize its value.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Qualified is that the user interface is very easy to navigate through. As someone who's come on to learning the tool and the platform later than a lot of my counterparts and coworkers, I found that it's incredibly easy to poke around and figure out where things go. Everything is very intuitive in terms of where you think you would click next, which isn't the case for a lot of tools, and I find that to be really helpful. In addition to that, I really enjoy Britney's collaborativeness with the Epson team. QSA Britney is very talented and explains things in an easy-to-understand manner, which has made it really helpful for me to onboard.
