Qualified Onboarding Made Launch Fast and Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified and our onboarding team has been a tremendous value add. We were under a lot of pressure to get our site up and running quick. The Qualified team actioned quickly and made the experience incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A, there has been nothing we have not appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our highest converting inbound leads come from people on our website and Qualified has only improved it
24/7 Client Access with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use with Qualified. The Qualified team has been exceptional in helping us to set up the AI SDR agent, which is a big plus. Another added benefit is the 24/7 access to a live BDR, which continues to nurture leads for our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're too early in the process to fully understand the integration stage. We have a pretty substantial tech stack, and there's been some challenges with integrating all of the systems and making sure that they're talking to one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us generate more revenue and ensures our customers have 24/7 access to resources, marketing materials, and content. It also provides 24/7 access to a live BDR to nurture leads.
Easy Setup and Highly Customizable Options
What do you like best about the product?
The setup is easy to understand, and it offers plenty of options that can be personalized. CS was always willing to help
What do you dislike about the product?
For some things, it’s not that easy to find a logical solution on the platform—you really have to know where to look for specific items. I’m also concerned about how easily someone can gain edit access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI chatbot on the site is useful for people who need guidance on our product.
Highly Customizable, Easy-to-Use Routing with Deep Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how customizable Qualified is. The tool is fairly easy to use, yet it still allows our operations team to build fairly complex routing logic and handle account assignment based on the rules we already have in our CRM. The integrations with Salesforce and Marketo are smooth and extremely helpful, especially for field lookups and matching. I also very much appreciate the level of support we've been given, the Qualified team is very responsive and open to feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor routing settings I’d still like to see, such as the ability to add optional users to meetings based on Salesforce assignment rules (which their Queues feature has actually partially solved), as well as support for if/then statements within routing rules. These are fairly specific use cases, so they’re more in the nice-to-have category, but they would still be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us lock in a meeting time right away with the correct sales rep, which is so important because it prevents drop-offs and prospects forgetting to follow up. For us, it’s critical to get the lead booked into a meeting immediately when they’re asking for one, and Qualified makes that much easier.
Streamlined Demo Process and True ROI
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made it that much easier for SDRs to do meaningful work. It makes it easier for prospects to book meetings with us, by streamlining our XDRs process, eliminating the need for emailing with a prospect back and forth to nail down a time, routing to the AE, etc. All of that is now a few simple steps the prospect can do when requesting a meeting, allowing SDRs to use time to gather more in-depth BANT and work their leads with precision. The AI SDR/chatbot was easy to set up using our internal resources and website, and Piper Email has helped us get a few prospects that dropped off before converting back on the hook. It has officially paid for itself after one year of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every feature we wanted was readily available, but the Qualified team has been great about taking feedback and keeping us updated on their roadmap. We even have a feature in beta that was because of something we suggested early on in our time with Qualified!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Qualified, our SDR intake process when someone wanted to book a meeting with us was much clunkier. SDRs had to get in touch with the prospect to set up a time, which involved back and forth, reviewing AE calendars, ensuring the prospect met minimum qualifications for a meeting. Now, with Qualified, the prospect simply fills out all of that information and gets access to an AE's calendar right off the bat, making the process much easier on the SDRs. This allows them to spend less time on tedious tasks and more time on meaningful lead work.
Speed to lead + Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. It doesn’t require months of implementation to get set up, and I use it daily. It works well with Salesforce and Outlook, so I don’t end up with duplicate leads or double bookings on my calendar. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, the support is insane. I’ve had questions about the platform, and all I had to do was message Austin Moore (our CSM), and he got on a call with me within hours to get it sorted. He’s also actively looking for ways to help me get the most out of the platform. I love the AI SDR because it takes care of all the email follow up for me so I can focus on making calls and discovery calls.
Small things that i like:
1. You can see what the prospect is doing on the site and what they are typing before they type it.
2. Templates in chat, makes the response time much faster
3. Calendar in chat removes friction for the buyer

What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with the core platform, I wish the signals part of the app captured more information (but idk if that is possible)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Speed to lead was low before because I was busy on discovery calls or meetings, and sometimes I could not get to the leads quickly enough for them to book them. Now I don't have to worry about following up with new leads quickly because AI SDR takes care of that for me.
2. When chatting on the website chat, I would send times manually for a meeting time, now all I have to do and post my calendar in the chat and the prospect can book without having to leave the website which has increased the conversion rate on chat convos.

Boosts Customer Experience with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the UI is pretty easy to use and learn. You have the ability to create custom experiences or use AI to do the bulk of the work. The customer onboarding team has been great to work with. We are a global organization and often struggle with timing and scheduling. Austin has been easy to work with across our different global functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to call out here.

Insightful Visitor Tracking, Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified to track website visitors and key pipeline numbers, which helps us see which accounts are engaging and converting in real time. I really like the real-time visibility into who's on the site and how easily it connects that activity to actual revenue. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the team at Qualified helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could be more flexible, and it takes a bit of time to fine tune the setup to match our exact workflows. The reports are solid but limited. More custom filters, easier segmentation, and cleaner exports would make it much easier to analyze data without extra work.

I use Qualified to track website visitors and pipeline numbers, identifying high-intent visitors and connecting site activity to pipeline, removing guesswork.
Exceptional Implementation and Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation experience was exceptional! Jennifer Schneider was outstanding—highly organized, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. She kept us on track and answered every question with expertise and ease.
We're just beginning to use Qualified, but the AI features are impressive and we're excited to explore more personalization capabilities. After just one training session, our BDR team is already showing great enthusiasm for the platform.

No significant dislikes at this time. We're still in the early stages of implementation, but our experience has been positive so far.

Qualified is solving several key challenges for us. First, it's improving sales/marketing alignment by providing better signals for BDR follow-up, making our outreach more targeted and effective. The AI-powered chatbot on our website requires significantly less manual management than traditional chat solutions, freeing up our team's time.
The platform's advanced features combined with its user-friendly interface have generated genuine excitement among our sales team, which is crucial for adoption. Additionally, the ability to deanonymize web visitors makes our lead intelligence much more powerful, giving our sales team actionable insights they didn't have before.

Qualified is a great product in terms of settings, analytics, and overall capabilities. Compared with other chat experiences, it offers many more ways to customize the experience and adapt it to our company’s needs.
Among the main features, the AI bot stands out the most, and it works much better than with our previous provider. Thanks to the advanced settings, it’s also possible to reduce unnecessary scenarios and keep everything organized in one place.
From a service perspective, we’ve had a great experience working with the Qualified team and specifically our architect, Lily Weller: everything was delivered on time, and they prepared all the requested updates whenever we needed them.

There’s nothing in particular I can point to in terms of specific features or implementation, but as an area for improvement I’d suggest better visual settings for the bot window, as well as for the promo and calendar pop-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in a situation where we needed to implement a new feature very quickly while replacing our previous provider, and the Qualified team did their best to support us and speed up the process. From a results perspective, we’ve also seen a significant improvement, with more than 60% growth in meeting bookings compared with the previous chatbot solution.
