Qualified is taking AI to the next level, and it works

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified continues to evolve its product offerings and reshape how marketing teams interact with and track website visitors. For our company in particular, the addition of Piper has led to more meetings and helped us engage in meaningful conversations with prospects. The ability to automate campaigns has been a game changer, and I really appreciate the “set it and forget it” approach for most of the campaigns we run through Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified’s AI Email addition really got me excited about its overall potential for our company. It’s a strong tool, but there’s still room for it to expand and evolve. Ideally, we’d like to run email campaigns as true nurture campaigns (to an extent), similar to how we would in Marketo for simple follow-up activities, but it isn’t quite there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified’s AI SDR helps drive engagement with website visitors and encourages them to schedule meetings. We’re using AI Email to follow up with prospects who request a meeting on our website but don’t end up scheduling, and it has generated a solid number of meetings from that alone. Looking ahead, we expect Qualified AI to support event follow-up as well, so our Sales team can stay focused on the truly sales-ready leads, but we’re not quite there yet. While the overall setup of Qualified can feel complex, day-to-day execution is straightforward, and making changes on the fly isn’t difficult.

Flexible, Efficient, and Personalized Conversion Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really value how flexible Qualified is, especially with the ability to tailor routing and messaging based on intent and key segments. It allows me to actually measure performance through the dashboards and conversational insights, and it's been really helpful for improving speed to lead while keeping the experience personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics are helpful, but getting highly specific use sometimes requires extra exporting and manual analysis rather than being fully self-served. I would like more visibility into all the error logs, which has been a continuous pain point. The platform also has quite a bit of a learning curve, even for someone fairly technical like myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is mainly solving two problems for us: speed + consistency in inbound conversion, and better control/visibility over what happens after someone lands on the site. On the inbound side, it helps us engage the right visitors in real time, qualify them quickly, and route them to the right next step (meeting booked, routed to the right rep/team, or guided to a relevant resource) without delays or manual handoffs. That directly improves speed-to-lead, reduces friction for the buyer, and helps us capture demand that would otherwise go cold. On the operations side, it gives us one place to manage the experience end-to-end, the routing logic, experiences, and workflows which reduces tool sprawl and makes it easier to maintain and optimize over time. The reporting and conversation insights are also valuable because they surface patterns in what visitors ask, where they drop off, and what’s actually driving conversions. That makes it easier to iterate and improve performance instead of guessing. Net benefit: more meetings from high-intent traffic, cleaner handoffs to Sales, and a more scalable process that’s easier to measure and improve.

User-Friendly, Modern Chat UI with Helpful Support

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how user-friendly the Qualified app is. It's easy as an admin to make edits and see what metrics and activity are happening. I also really like how the chat functionality works and looks compared to our last chat tool; it's much more modern, easy to read, and colorful. Teaching and onboarding new lead gen members is easy because it's so user-friendly, and it makes chatting easier. Working with Andrew Ritter at Qualified has been great because he was very helpful and patient, particularly with our specific use case and complex routing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have complex routing rules, so we understand that that's partly on us, but it does seem like as many times as we have reiterated the routing rules, it's not always perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us quickly connect interested customers with the right people, enhancing our ability to meet them on our website with real human interaction whenever needed.

Intuitive and Efficient with Exceptional Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like Qualified's intuitive and easy-to-use UI, along with its very nice analytics and visuals. The new AI features streamline the chat experiences and make managing the chat backend more efficient while delivering the best messaging. Qualified integrates with other players smoothly, like 6sense, and I love the great signals and live intent it provides. Our Qualified dedicated account success resources are excellent, very hands-on, and genuinely care, which made the setup smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not easily show the journey dropoff flow for each CTA in the experiences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to engage website visitors in real time, solving delayed or misrouted leads. It ensures the right visitors see the right messaging, improving clarity about our offering.

Dynamic, Scalable Personalization That Makes Sales and Marketing More Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Qualified's AI email tool. Qualified has enabled us to better engage our inbound leads through dynamic personalization, while also making our sales organization more efficient. Rather than having many different email sequences that take time and effort for a rep to personalize, Qualified enables us to develop more personalized outreach based on a lead's behavior and attributes at scale. Qualified also helps our teams be much more efficient and productive. Sales spends less time on manual work, while Marketing can focus on developing email guidance (prompts) vs strict copy.

Lastly, Qualified's team is great. Our Solution Architect, Jennifer, is very supportive, always willing to troubleshoot, and helps us build a more robust strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some lack of flexibility on the product side. While we want to invest in an AI based strategy, we still want a certain level of control or input into what is generated. Recent updates on the product side have left us with less control on email output - not a massive issue as the changes personalize emails based on lead attributes/behavior, but it means we've had to figure out workarounds to get the output we want consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified lets us have faster and more personalized engagement with inbound leads, while saving time and effort across Sales and Marketing teams.

Intuitive AI-Powered Tracking with Overwhelming Data Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and how intuitive Qualified is, which makes our lives easier and provides us with more sales data. I find it particularly useful for bookings, AI-generated follow-ups, and tracking people on our website. The data analytics behind who is coming to our site is a big plus, along with the AI agent that helps with following up and conversations. From what I can tell, the initial setup was easy, and overall it's a tool that offers a lot of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think personally knowing how to take all the data and easily make it actionable on what my sdr team should be looking at. Sometimes the data is so overwhelming you don’t know where to focus. Specifically you get so many website visits, which ones should I be prioritizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for bookings, AI-generated follow-ups, and tracking website visitors. It provides detailed data analytics and follow-ups without manual effort, making it intuitive and easing our workload while giving us more sales data.

The upside is a easy to use UI instead of booking meetings with google calendar, can see all the metings you booked in one place

Comprehensive and Flexible Solution with Great Learning Resources

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Qualified for how flexible and comprehensive it is as a solution. It offers a wide range of features that cater to different needs, which makes it a versatile tool for our team. Qualified University has also been an excellent resource, especially when we’re setting up offers, with clear step-by-step guides that keep the process straightforward. I also appreciate being able to hear from other clients in the Qualified Community about how they’re using the tool, along with the questions or issues they’re running into.

Also, a shout-out to our rep, Jen Schneider, who has been great and incredibly helpful with implementing the tool and training us so we could get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations around A/B testing within the tool. It would be great if there was more flexibility for A/B testing CTA language within the offers feature or the chatbot. Within the offers feature we're unable to A/B test different creative or CTA language as in other CRO tools like Optimizely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to capture leads in real-time with AI SDRs, automate meeting scheduling, and promote content across our website. It reduces user friction by capturing data immediately without redirecting to another form.
