What do you like best about the product?
24hr AI SDR coverage with intelligent Q&A and qualification. This saves our reps countless time to work on other tasks. I love the automated email coverage to close the gap on inbound flows.
The customer support we've received has been best in class. Their knowledge of the product is impressive and they've been with us every step of the way. Incredibly responsive as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some more robust search and individual reporting capabilities would be nice.

Qualified does an amazing job bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales through real-time engagement, automated qualification, and a seamless CRM integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy workflows, good integrations, and great customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a dislike, but the reporting could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a level of deeper engagement on our website and helping us run inbound and outbound campaigns with AI SDRs.

Our Rep is amazing and understands both salesforce and qualified very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We aren't using Piper their AI agent, so it likely would solve many of our issues if we were. The one issue I have with qualified isn't really an issue with qualified but the way our instance was originally set up because we cloned everything rather than using blocks so it isn't as scalable as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
syncing up BDRs to be routed for the meeting requests and chat functionality.
Highly Customizable Tool That Converts Traffic
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customization options that Qualified offers. It allows us to customize almost anything to fit how our organization operates. Whenever we have changes in our workflows in our CRM, we can adjust Qualified to behave in the same way, which is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization can also be a time-consuming thing. Sometimes you would need to have help from their CSM to set it up. That's a luxury problem though

I use Qualified to convert website traffic into opportunities, and it helps by routing potential visitors to our sales reps effectively.
The best chat platform, and an even better business partner
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is very powerful and they provide adequate resources in making sure you're set up for success. The tool works as advertised and they make sure that you're getting the most out of the platform. I love the accuracy and ease-of-use of all the dashboards and it makes it easy to pull metrics for executive reviews. Our CSM, Logan, is also the best CSM I've ever worked with and they have a commitment to providing an excellent experience to their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a lot of cross-functional collaboration to ensure that your company is getting the most out of the platform. The biggest hurdle may be your own company's culture
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us proactively reach out to visitors on our website and helping convert them to meetings and also direct them to the relevant pages they're looking for. This has allowed us to reclaim time for our inbound SDR team and refocused them on priority activities. We also use Piper to monitor the website during off-hours and it has done an excellent job of proactively surfacing information and converting meeting requests.

Qualified is continually improving and expanding, I feel like they are on the cutting edge of their domain. They also have incredible success architects that are very collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some components of administration get tricky depending on your fields/mappings, account structures and whether you can fuzzy match, etc.

24/7 AI SDR coverage with intelligent Q&A and qualification saves our reps time to work on other tasks. The automated email feature provides coverage to close the gap on inbound flows. It helps us more comprehensively track meeting booking across multiple systems. Thanks to Qualified's AI SDR, we have a 56.5% meeting offered to book rate without the reliance on reps manning the chat.
Effortless Setup, Exceptional Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Qualified for Agentic marketing, leveraging our website for personalized chat experiences. and generating AI-fueled email campaigns that closed the gap on inbound flows. The agentic personalized chat experience is great because it can offer meetings to any website visitor, and those meetings have a higher conversion rate. Specifically, the meetings offered proactively through Qualified have almost a 62% booking rate, which is impressive. It also saves time by proactively offering meetings to book seamlessly in seconds rather than hoping leads request a demo and our team follows up to find time which can take hours or days, which is a huge time saver. The 24/7 AI SDR coverage with intelligent Q&A and qualification saving reps time to work on other tasks. The initial setup of Qualified was very easy, thanks to our success architect who did most of the heavy lifting, allowing us to launch the tool within about thirty days of signing. I appreciate how well it integrates with Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, and SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding and learning the tool is probably the biggest challenge because it's a very feature-rich tool. More of a university and knowledge base would be helpful for this process, which I believe they're building right now.

I use Qualified for personalized chat experiences, applying personalized offers, personalized email campaigns, and AI SDR coverage. This helps scale personalization, book meetings with reps faster, and saves everyone time.

It works well, is easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent. They help you get set up so you have the best chance of being successful.

There is nothing I dislike about Qualified. They are always innovating and as I mentioned give you the best chance to be successful.

Qualified lets marketers see who’s on their site, start real conversations with the right buyers, and book meetings instantly. Instead of waiting on forms, you can engage high-intent accounts in the moment and turn website traffic directly into pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn’t anything I actively dislike. No product can perfectly meet every single customer need, and Qualified is no exception, but they come very close.
We’ve shared a few suggestions with our CSM—for example, having more visibility into error logs or sync issues directly in the platform. Right now, we either need to proactively check things ourselves or wait until someone reports a problem. It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, but better in-app diagnostics would make the experience even stronger.

Instead of relying on static forms and slow follow-up, we can immediately identify high-intent visitors, understand which accounts they belong to, and connect them with the right sales reps in real time.

Accelerated Pipeline Generation with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified syncs with SFDC and allows us to create pipeline quickly. The implementation went smoothly and the tool is easy to use once you understand a few of the routing rules. Our support team contact, Jennifer, is wonderful to work with and makes the process fun and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the tool is reliant on website traffic and does not reach out to other platforms. It is a big wish, but something to look at in the future.

Qualified is improving the speed to lead gap and increasing our pipeline velocity.
