What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface and very easy to navigate. Task Creation, Tracking and collaboration feel smooth integrations work well with other tools, and its something the team can use daily without confusing or heavy setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can feel excessive at sometime but it works well.

A reliable project management tool for cross-team collaboration

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very intuitive, and it makes it easy to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies across teams. The different views—list, board, and timeline—add flexibility depending on how people prefer to work, while also providing clear visibility into ownership and progress. I find it especially helpful for keeping complex projects organised, aligned, and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features—especially reporting and automation—are only available on the higher pricing tiers. On larger or more complex projects, the setup can start to feel busy if it isn’t well structured, and notifications can quickly become overwhelming if teams aren’t disciplined about task updates and comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps address fragmented work management and the lack of visibility across projects. It centralises tasks, owners, timelines, and dependencies in one place, which makes it easier to coordinate work across teams and keep everyone on the same page. As a result, accountability improves, fewer deadlines are missed, and projects are more likely to stay aligned with broader business priorities.

Effortless Project Management with a Need for Better Updates

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to track projects and bugs, and it solves the problem of keeping track of all project work across all teams. I like that I can easily multi-home tasks and create action item tasks. This is really helpful when another group's project work impacts my project, as I can multi-home the project work into both their and my projects. I also find it very useful to easily create an individual task with a description, assignment, due date, comments, and links all in a single task in a project. The initial setup of Asana was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to view the latest work done in a project. You have to know where to dig for information if most updates are in a subtask. It's difficult to get a high-level view unless someone tags you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to track projects and bugs, and it links project work across teams. Multi-home tasks and creating action items are helpful for managing work impacting multiple projects. Asana enables task descriptions, assignments, due dates, comments, and links all in one place.

Easy to Start, Great for Organising Tasks and Team Collaboration

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to get started, and it really helps me organise tasks and projects. It’s also great for collaboration, since it includes commenting and tagging options that make it easier to coordinate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be lower, since most of the better features seem to be locked behind the higher-tier plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helpful to track pending work and upcoming work on the same dashboard, because it makes managing the team easier. We don’t need to switch between different tools and sheets just to manage a single project, which keeps everything more organized and in one place.
