Asana + Mini Admin Integration Helps Us Act on Supplier Comments Fast
What do you like best about the product?
We work with beverage retailer outlets, and because it is integrated with our Mini Admin, we can receive their supplier comments and action them in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much I dislike about Asana; it seems to be working well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of our Mini Admin with Asana we can receive the fraud tasks and complete them in time. The good thing with Asana is that we can also create follow-ups, so that we can always go back to resolve a pending issue that has not been resolved yet.

Can be hard to view sometimes and hard to search

We have a flow of operations that needs to be organised clearly across multiple teams, so it’s important that everything is structured and easy to follow.

It helps me schedule tasks, keep track of each task, assign tasks to others, and manage the overall workflow.

It’s hard to understand as a beginner, and the overall flow isn’t very intuitive to follow.

easy to make notes and schedule tasks and assign to different team members. blocking tasks also useful

not very easy to follow at the beginning. the rules and flow needs to be carefully understood.

it can track tasks for everyone and manage timeline effectively
Asana helps me stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps me organize my workflow. I can keep my full task schedule there, so I don’t have to keep all the deadlines in my head.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that the free plan feels pretty restricted, and a lot of the more advanced features require upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of keeping my workflow and deadlines organized. It gives me a clear task schedule in one place, so I don’t have to keep track of deadlines in my head and can focus on getting the work done.

Add priority levels, easy to see what is holding work up and what needs to happen first.

Advanced feature requires paid plan, hard to move big project structures elsewhere.

Always know who is responsible for what that reducing confusion and delays, priorities and views help you focus on what is more important.

It helps track tasks, priorities and progress in one place, asana integrates smoothly with other tools. It has nice and simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unnecessary features and notifications, Analytics features is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due dates, reminders, and timelines help ensure tasks are completed on time.
Flexible Task Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana for its Kanban and Swimlanes view, which makes it easy to understand the status of each task or bug. I also appreciate the export options and features like due dates and reminders. It's easy and good to set up, which was a plus for getting started quickly. Asana's visibility on bugs and updates on projects helps me track who is handling which bug and to see which tasks are at what stage of completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It came with limited access like users onboarding. Each board had only 7-9 members and if I had to add one more user, it came with more cost. Hence, pricing was an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for tracking bugs and project updates, which improves visibility of tasks and bugs and updates on project progress.

It avoids confusion between the team, everyone can see the progress and who's doing this.

Limited customization in free plan, advanced features are locked behind paid plan.

Every task in one place and we can see who is responsible person and when it's due. Focus on real outcomes.
One-Stop Platform That Centralises Work and Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in centralising the work. Basically, a one stop platform for tasks, communication, project files, etc. Helps to coordinate better & saves time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical limitations that we've faced such as some issues when it comes to Offline management of files or limited functionality for the "Free" tier. Also some minute ones such as subtask (task structure) issues have been faced by the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a start-up where everyone is doing everything and on top of that some team members are working remotely, this helps in streamlining the process and bringing everyone on the same page when it comes to tasks and helps majorly in project management.
