Intuitive and flexible for many use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Asana’s flexible design allows teams with dynamic and shifting organizational needs to consistently employ the solution. I’ve used Asana across teams as small as 2 and as large as 20, and even over product changes, but we could always rely on Asana’s functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to access Premium features for very small teams without paying the same rate as larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish the timeline view was not a Premium feature. I’ve realized the benefits of dependencies and subtasks.
Best for project management and task management
What do you like best about the product?
In Asana is used keep track activity of any projects and user. Other advantage is Asana is break project into small tasks.this is efficient way to doing task.
What do you dislike about the product?
In that Asana we assign task to only one people and task is limited. So this is dislike for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using that keep track record of task on daily basis and give to higher authority.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how you could visually see which tasks are being covered by which team member and the due date is right there! Great for visual learners
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard for me to recreate task lists for multiple projects with the same check list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management!!! I have realized that when everyone knows their role and duty, everything is a lot more streamline and I’m not micromanaging

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very simple to use, easy to follow up with, and a great reminder to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve if one hasn't used a project management software before.

I stay organized easier instead of having my tasks scattered.

Asana is best application to manage my projects.manage project with asana is so much easy.Easily track my and my team work status on asana. Divide work with other team member easily with asana.Project manage with task and get status of projects on time with asana.

Some paid features are so much expensive so some small companies not prefer to purchase that features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage my projects easily.scheduling my project work.assign task to team member.Project status tracking.Set priority of my task and change on them when necessary.
Good collaborative project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive interface. Good control over task visibility to ensure only the right people have access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Continual feature churn can cause some frustration as users need to continually adapt to learn new functionality or changes in existing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my own tasks and those of my direct reports has been much easier using Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the most of the free version before considering signing up for a paid subscription.
Easy Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I found it was easy to use and could share projects with outside vendors. It was especially helpful to upload screen shots and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did find it was a little confusing on adding contacts to tasks or who was the primary owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped to project manage a large program with an outside vendor and manage change requests.
Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for managing tasks in the team. With the assistance of this tool, we have been able to manage the tasks of all team members and keep them centred at one place. Also, we can see the progress of all team members. I have used other task management tool, but I like this tool immensely because of its easy UI and task assignment feature. We can directlty tag a team member in a comment section to know the progress of a task. Also, it is so easy to create task for the team members
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have any problems with this tool. Love it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is a time saver as it allows all team members to come together and see the progress of all team. This helps us to grow together. We can streamline all team members task and can analyze time to time whether we are meeting the goals that we set.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are managing a large team then you should use this tool in your organization to manage the task progress of all team
Improved communication and efficiency using ASANA
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use; clean dashboard; can add project and sub tasks and assign to people or claimed by people; can clearly view the progress
What do you dislike about the product?
If there I have to pick one thing I don’t like is too much notifications and not differentiate from important and not important ones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manager can clearly see the team member contribution; better organize the project when it has many sub tasks.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Team and project tracking is so easy with Asana. I can plan everything accordingly in the program and use as a board that helps all day long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so simple UI. It might be confusing for some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects. I can easily keep tracks what I have to do and what others have to do.
