I think it’s good and is pretty user friendly after training
What do you like best about the product?
How I can schedule ahead of time works great for vacations and busy weeks I can do before hand!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it wasn’t delayed sometimes. Sometimes I’ll schedule a post and it won’t post for hours and I have to delete and re put in the post :(

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy use to use CANVA for posts, and I like the scheduler. I just need and want to learn and do more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci is what I do for our centers. I needed more training to know what all it can do. I guess, I am saying Idk what idk. Are there tutorials I can watch on my own time to learn?

A way to post special in store promos and to engage in our community.

Easy to group post, add multiple users to an account

Sometimes analytics don't match up to Facebook analytics

Sentiment analysis can be better as it gives the wrong category for some interactions

Streamlined Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi helps me stay organized and maintain constant daily posting across all platforms without having to post separately. It lets me manage and schedule posts easily, making it simple to plan ahead of time. I also like how SOCi offers everything in one calendar view. The setup was easy, the site is user-friendly, and I appreciate that it's self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SOCi works well overall but the interface could sometimes be a bit more user-friendly and faster when scheduling or editing posts.

SOCi helps me stay organized and maintain constant daily posting across all platforms. It saves time by consolidating posting into one tool instead of logging into each platform separately. I enjoy managing, scheduling, and planning posts with ease, and I really like the calendar view feature.
User Friendly and Effecient
What do you like best about the product?
The platform dashboard makes it user friendly. The auto-generated responses assist with responding to the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't wuite understand the social media monitoring of SOCI.

The surveys are easy for the residents to fill out and understand. The verbiage is clear. It helps manage all in one services for reputation instead of the multiple platforms prior.

Soci.ai is an great tool for businesses with multiple locations. It uses AI to make marketing much easier.
I especially love the "Genius" features. Genius Search helps your business show up better in online searches. Genius Reviews makes replying to customer feedback quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no negative feedback about Soci at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time in PostiGenius Social, which automates content calendars and reply workflows, saving our team massive amounts of time. This allows us to post customized, on-brand content for every single location without manual effort, reaching all social media platforms for several properties at a time.
LOVE my SOCi account - It is amazingly fun!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use my creativity in my marketing outreach as well as resident communications through social media. But, also I really like looking at the data charts and graphs from reviews, comps, and feedback from prospects or residents too. It is very informationally beneficial for my insight on performance.

Truthfully haven't found anything as of this time!

Having to go to multiple sites to keep up with communications or outreach and this is all within one site. So much easier.
